★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espaço agradável, exames feitos por ótimos profissionais, resultados rápidos, mas.. tem o grande problema da lentidão no atendimento, muitos dias, pela manhã cedinho é muito lotado, a espera muitas vezes é de quase 1 hora... necessita melhorar os processos, tendo em vista que são 3 atendentes, deveria ser mais otimizado e evitar esperas tão longas!

Não me confirmaram que horário iria passar para fazer a coleta e quando menos espero a pessoa chega na minha casa, no outro dia confirmaram o horário e não foram fazer a coleta.
The service on whatsapp does not work properly, in addition to the fact that the person who collects at home does not go at the scheduled time. They didn't confirm what time they would spend for the collection and when I least expect the person arrives at my house, the other day they confirmed the time and they didn't go for the collection.
