Muita falta de profissionalismo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento deixa muito a desejar,uma pessoa para atender a senha preferencial e outras duas no atendimento normal.Nas tres vezes que fui la vi pessoas que acabaram de chegar pegando a senha normal e sendo atendidas antes do preferencial que ja estava aguardando a mais tempo.Falta de respeito com com as pessoas que por um motivo ou outro tem preferencia no atendimento.
The service leaves much to be desired, one person to answer the preferred password and two others in normal service. In the three times I went there I saw people who just arrived taking the normal password and being attended before the preferential that was waiting longer Lack of respect for people who for one reason or another have a preference in care.
