★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto do pessoal que trabalha por lá, atenciosos. O atendimento é ágil e organizado. Estacionamento para uns 7 carros, sempre encontro uma vaga.
I like the people who work there, they are attentive. Service is quick and organized. Parking for about 7 cars, I always find a spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanto este lugar! Nos hicimos el PCR para viajar y funcionó súper bien. Fuimos a la sede de Barra, nos pidieron los datos, costó 280 reales hacerse un examen y nos dieron los resultados en menos de 24 horas. El lugar esta muy bien atendido, es súper limpio y pulcro.
I love this place! We did the PCR to travel and it worked really well. We went to the headquarters in Barra, they asked us for the data, it cost 280 reais to have an exam and they gave us the results in less than 24 hours. The place is very well taken care of, it is super clean and neat.

Péssimo atendimento. Muito demorado e burocrático. Poucos atendentes na recepção, sem atendentes na lanchonete...
Quando reclamei a atendente responde com ironia? Prefiro o LPC.
Esperei quase 40 min, com uma pessoa de 94 anos ser atendida? Se expondo ?

Terrible attendance. Very time consuming and bureaucratic. Few attendants at reception, no attendants at the cafeteria...
When I complained, does the attendant respond with irony? I prefer LPC.
I waited almost 40 min, with a 94 year old person to be seen? exposing yourself?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Principalmente da bioquímicas. Uma foi a pouco tempo demitida. A que fica na Barra também sem formação de atendimento péssimo. Atendentes de coletas de exames muito despreparados. Não tem atendimento de ouvidoria nem de sac. Infelizmente Salvador está cheia desse serviço desastroso. Rezar a Nosso senhor do Bonfim pela nossa saúde e que nós livre desse serviço.
Terrible service. Mainly biochemicals. One was recently fired. The one in Barra also has no training in bad service. Very unprepared exam collection attendants. There is no ombudsman service or sac. Unfortunately Salvador is full of this disastrous service. Pray to Nosso Senhor do Bonfim for our health and that we are freed from this service.

Isso atrasa muito...rever quantidade de funcionários porfavor...e aí o visor de chamada quebrado...a atendente fica chamado proximoooo...ninguém sabe quem é o próximo porque ninguém sabe quem é o próximo...
The laboratory is full with a queue at the booths and two booths closed..................!!!! This delays a lot...review the number of employees, please...and then the call display is broken...the attendant is called proximoooo...nobody knows who's next because nobody knows who's next...
