★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente por parte dos funcionários (recepção, coleta de sangue e o rapaz que serve o desjejum). Aceita uma boa variedade de planos de saúde (Planserv, Amil, Bradesco, TRT5, Cassi etc.). O preço do exame particular para medir Vitamina D (25-Hidroxi) estava bem melhor do que em outro laboratório onde eu já era cliente.
Um problema que notei foi em uma das vaga de estacionamento, que é muito estreita pois tem barras de metal dos dois lados (pra sustentar a cerca elétrica), o que dificulta muito de estacionar. Tive que recolher os retrovisores pra conseguir estacionar de ré. De frente não teve como.
 Excellent service by the staff (reception, blood collection and the boy who serves breakfast). Accepts a good variety of health plans (Planserv, Amil, Bradesco, TRT5, Cassi etc.). The price of the private exam to measure Vitamin D (25-Hydroxy) was much better than in another laboratory where I was already a client.
One problem I noticed was in one of the parking spaces, which is very narrow because there are metal bars on both sides (to support the electric fence), which makes parking very difficult. I had to collect the mirrors to be able to park in reverse. From the front there was no way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou grávida de 9 meses, fiz meus exames de sangue em um sábado pedi urgencia no prazo de entrega ja que teria consulta numa quarta, fui informada que assim o fariam e que a maioria dos exames sairiam antes. Resultado: nao sairam antes e nem no dia estipulado, ja havia reclamado sobre a necessidade de urgencia e fui informada que houve outro atraso e que deveria esperar ainda mais 3 dias para obter o resultado. Um tremendo absurdo e descaso!
I'm 9 months pregnant, I did my blood tests on a Saturday, I asked for an emergency in the delivery deadline since I would have an appointment on a Wednesday, I was informed that they would do it and that most of the tests would come out earlier. Result: they didn't leave before or on the stipulated day, I had already complained about the need for urgency and I was informed that there was another delay and that I should wait another 3 days to get the result. A tremendous absurdity and neglect!
