★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Localização excelente, bom atendimento das colhetoras, a recepcionista Nivania, que me atendeu muito eficaz e educada, porém são poucos funcionários para grande demanda, o que forma uma enorme fila. Chegamos às 08h18, imaginando ter uma menor número de pessoas, pegamos a senha nesta hora e apenas às 09h25, fui chamada para recepção.
Acreditem, fui atendida para colher o sangue às 10h21... Necessário contratar urgente!!!
Excellent location, good service from pickers, the receptionist Nivania, who met me very effective and polite, however are few employees to great demand, which forms a huge queue. We arrived at 8:18 am, imagining having a smaller number of people, we got the password at this time and only at 9.25 am I was called to reception.
Believe me, I was treated to the blood collection at 10:21 am ... Need to hire urgently !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A espera foi surpreendente em todas as vezes que tentei ser atendido, de jejum e segurando pra fazer os exames. Pra buscar resultados, melhor ir no período da tarde ou final da manhã.
The wait was surprising every time I tried to be seen, fasting and holding for exams. To get results, it's better to go in the afternoon or late morning.

Boa localização, fácil acesso e estacionamento, equipe bem treinada e atenciosa, ambiente amplo e limpo, como tem de ser. O horário de atendimento é das 7h até as 16h de segunda a sexta feira. Aos sábados das 7h às 11h.
Collection point for Marcelo Magalhães Laboratory exams, reference in the quality and accuracy of exam results. Good location, easy access and parking, well trained and attentive staff, large and clean environment as it has to be. The hours of service are from 7am to 4pm from Monday to Friday. On Saturdays from 7am to 11am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PIOR LABORATÓRIO QUE EXISTE. TEM UM FUNCIONÁRIO LÁ COM NOME DE JENIFERSON QUE ENFIOU A AGULHA COM TODA BRUTALIDADE NO BRAÇO DO MEU FILHO. FALEI COM SR SÉRGIO E ELE DISSE QUE O FUNCIONÁRIO ESTAVA CERTO.
WORST LAB EVER. THERE'S AN EMPLOYEE THERE BY THE NAME OF JENIFERSON WHO PUT THE NEEDLE RIGHTLY INTO MY SON'S ARM. I TALKED TO MR SÉRGIO AND HE SAID THE EMPLOYEE WAS RIGHT.
