★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento na recepção muito demorado, algumas coletas tem tempo pra ser feita mas a pessoa leva só 40 min pra ser chamada a um dos guichê fica difícil conseguir fazer a coleta ou entrega do material dentro do tempo que o próprio laboratório exige. Local é bom, climatizado, o pessoal da coleta em especial Anderson e Tereza São ótimos. Deveria ter alguém pra auxiliá/informar as pessoas na retirada da senha, muitas pessoas idosas frequentam o local e não sabem fazer uso do equipamento da primeira vez eu também fiquei perdida.
 Service at the reception takes a long time, some collections have time to be made but the person takes only 40 min to be called to one of the windows it is difficult to be able to collect or deliver the material within the time that the laboratory itself requires. Location is good, air-conditioned, the collection staff especially Anderson and Tereza are great. There should be someone to assist / inform people in removing the password, many elderly people frequent the place and do not know how to use the equipment the first time I was also lost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente. Atendimento diferenciado, local limpo, ambiente organizado, funcionários bem educados, atenciosos. Confio muito no laboratório. Um ponto positivo é o fato de aceitar cartão atualmente. Antigamente só aceitava dinheiro. Tem convênio com o SUS o que é ótimo também.

A profissional que fez o procedimento foi muito atenciosa e demonstrou maestria no que estava fazendo.
The Marcelo Magalhães Laboratory is great. I went there to do some tests and I was surprised, the result came out the same day.
