★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumpriram o prazo para a entrega do resultado do exame, que por sinal, ainda não recebi, mesmo tendo feito o exame há 15 dias. Assim, precisei cancelar o agendamento (que já foi difícil) da renovação da CNH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, pessoas despreparadas para exercer a função de atendimento ao cliente/paciente/público. Não atendem telefones e quando atendem desligam na nossa cara ou deixam a gente esperando até cair a ligação. Um absurdo o atendimento desse local.
Bad service, people unprepared to perform the role of customer/patient/public service. They don't answer phones and when they answer they hang up on us or leave us waiting until the call hangs up. The service at this place is absurd.

Voltarei outras vezes com certeza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente descompromissados, e muita falta de seriedade e discrição no trabalho. Não recomendo! Entrei no laboratório e a recepcionista estava fazendo palavras cruzadas e outros dois, conversando e rindo. Detalhe, só havia eu. E o pior, exame que era para ser rápido de swab (2horas para sair o resultado). Não está no site, aliás, fala que expirou, ou seja, mesmo depois de 4 horas que fiz o exame, não consigo acessar. Lamentável !
Totally uncommitted, and very lacking in seriousness and discretion at work. I do not recommend! I walked into the lab and the receptionist was doing crossword puzzles and two others, talking and laughing. Detail, there was only me. And the worst, exam that was supposed to be fast swab (2 hours to get the result). It's not on the site, by the way, it says it's expired, that is, even after 4 hours I took the exam, I can't access it. Unfortunate !
