★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E um laboratório respeitado. Mais deixa muito a desejar quando se refere a prioridade de gestantes e idosos. Sempre que minha esposa faz exames no local e seguinda uma fila por ordem de chegada.
And a respected laboratory. More leaves much to be desired when referring to the priority of pregnant women and the elderly. Whenever my wife takes exams on the spot and follows a queue on a first come, first served basis.

Fiz um exame com urgência, me deram um prazo para entregar, aguardei diversos dias após a data "prevista" e quando entrei em contato me disseram que o exame era realizado em outro laboratório, que eu deveria aguentar mais 10 dias pois o laboratório parceiro havia remarcado a data de entrega, isso não me avisaram e nem retorno algum.
Péssimo atendimento!
Se não têm capacidade de oferecer um bom serviço, é melhor não oferecerem isso aí.
Bad experience !! I did an exam urgently, they gave me a deadline to deliver, I waited several days after the "scheduled" date and when I got in touch I was told that the exam was carried out in another laboratory, that I should take another 10 days because the partner laboratory had rescheduled the delivery date, this did not warn me and no return.
Terrible attendance!
If they are not able to offer a good service, it is better not to offer it there.
