Só depois de estar dentro do prédio aguardando q foi informado q a coleta não era ali, e sim num outro lugar.... chegando lá já havia 1 criança aguardando e eu tive q escolher entre minhas 2 filhas. Revoltada. Pq não marcam, assim nos mães não damos viajem perdida.
I arrived there at 6 am to be the first because they only serve 2 children per post .... Only after being inside the building waiting for it was informed that the collection was not there, but somewhere else .... there was already 1 child waiting and I had to choose between my 2 daughters. Angry. Pq do not mark, so mothers do not give lost trip.

Me derem em torno de 48hrs, fui ver no papel q me derem o prazo está pra hoje, mas não foi por esse serviço q paguei. Hoje o resultado não está pronto, não me atendem e pelo visto o laboratório já fechou e só vou saber do resultado segunda. 7 dias pra saber se estou com covid, paguei pra saber em 2. UM ABSURDO, todas as minha responsabilidades não estão sendo cumpridas por conta desse isolamento, não posso começar o antibiótico ant s do resultado. Pessoas morrem por causa de descaso ineficiência e falta de compromisso. QUERO MEU DINHEIRO DE VOLTA ?
Extremely UNSATISFIED, DO NOT TEST COVID LA, I did my test on the 17th I asked the receptionist the girl who got my exam by the deadline. Give me around 48hrs, I went to see on paper q give me the deadline for today, but it wasn't for this service I paid for. Today the result is not ready, I am not taken care of and apparently the laboratory has already closed and I will only know about the result on Monday. 7 days to find out if I have covid, I paid to find out in 2. AN ABSURD, all my responsibilities are not being fulfilled due to this isolation, I cannot start the antibiotic before the result. People die because of negligence, inefficiency and lack of commitment. I WANT MY MONEY BACK ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pagamento do teste PCR Covid-19, me falaram que o prazo seria de 48 horas, e que inclusive poderia adiantar pra 24 horas, conforme combinado e pagamento feito intermediado pela empresa Saluber. Mas, não foi o que aconteceu, quando cheguei ao Laboratório Pedra Verde e após a coleta, me entregaram a senha pra acessar o resultado, e nela constava previsão de 4 dias após a coleta, sendo que o resultado foi emitido somente no quinto dia após coleta. Pensando que é uma Pandemia, e dependemos do resultado para tomadas de decisões, inclusive em toda uma cadeia, principalmente na parte médica (caso necessitasse de medicação) quer seja no trabalho, público, negócios, dentre outros. Peço encarecidamente que o mesmo não venha a acontecer com outros pacientes e clientes, porque não existem "desculpas" pra quando falamos em Pandemia e temos prazo definido. Atenciosamente.
I made the payment for the PCR Covid-19 test, I was told that the deadline would be 48 hours, and that it could even advance to 24 hours, as agreed and payment made by the company Saluber. But, it was not what happened, when I arrived at the Pedra Verde Laboratory and after the collection, I was given the password to access the result, and it contained a forecast of 4 days after the collection, and the result was only issued on the fifth day after collect. Thinking that it is a Pandemic, and we depend on the result for decision making, including in a whole chain, mainly in the medical part (if you needed medication), whether at work, public, business, among others. I very much ask that the same will not happen with other patients and clients, because there are no "excuses" for when we talk about Pandemic and we have a set deadline. Kind regards.
