The receptionist service is terrible! The bad-tempered and uneducated woman. She doesn't know how to be pleasant, she doesn't know how to smile. Nobody deserve!

I went there now and had the door closed, and on the facade of them says that Saturday is open until 11:30 and when you call no one answers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento rápido, porém a tecnica de laboratório não tem conhecimento de AVP, tirou sangue em mim, e ficou com hematoma, e minha veia esta inchada e dolorida!! além da área estar hiperemiada (avermelhada) péssima profissional. Espero não precisar voltar la mais.
Fast service, but the laboratory technician has no knowledge of PVA, took blood from me, and got a bruise, and my vein is swollen and painful !! besides the area being hyperemic (reddish), very professional. I hope I don't have to go back there anymore.
