O funcionário me garantiu veementemente que até às 12:30 daquele mesmo dia ficaria pronto. Poderia ter feito em outro laboratório não fosse essa garantia. Isso foi no sábado. Até hoje (segunda) estou esperando o resultado.
They do not comply with what they speak. My daughter went for a quick test for dengue and chinkungunha at 7:00 am. I paid super expensive. The employee assured me vehemently that by 12:30 on that day it would be ready. I could have done it in another laboratory had it not been for this guarantee. That was on Saturday. Until today (Monday) I am waiting for the result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por telefone é uma coisa, mas presencialmente é outra, sinceramente fui pedir informações sobre um exame presencialmente a recepcionista não sabia o que era cálculo renal pelo amor de Deus, e depois ficou com nojinho quando expliquei o que era e como consegui o material. Totalmente constrangedor não coloco meus pés aí é nunca mais.
Over the phone is one thing, but in person is another, honestly I went to ask for information about an exam in person, the receptionist didn't know what kidney stones were for God's sake, and then she was disgusted when I explained what it was and how I got the material. Totally embarrassing I don't set foot there ever again.
