★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito boa a estrutura, agilidade na realização dos exames, mas o atendimento da recepção deixou a desejar, a atendente era uma senhora e essa recepção totalmente fria, não gera empatia e nem simpatia com o cliente/ paciente. Ao final do meu atendimento, na hora de devolver meus documentos ela jogou em cima da mesa de forma desrespeitosa enquanto eu estava assinando a guia do exame.
Fica a dica: melhorem esse primeiro contato com seus clientes.
Very good structure, agility in conducting the exams, but the reception service left something to be desired, the attendant was a lady and this reception totally cold, does not generate empathy and sympathy with the client / patient. At the end of my service, at the time of returning my documents she threw it on the table disrespectfully while I was signing the exam guide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Mais de 5 horas de espera pra fazer um exame de imagem. A única coisa boa, são os médicos, pq os demais funcionários são grossos e com má vontade. É inadmissível um atendimento tão lento e desrespeitoso com os pacientes.
Terrible attendance. More than 5 hours of waiting to take an image exam. The only good thing is the doctors, because the other employees are rude and unwilling. Such slow and disrespectful care with patients is unacceptable.

A muitos anos que faço exames lá e nunca tive problemas, reconheço que está sempre lotado mesmo com muitos médicos para atender, algo normal no meu ver. Os pontos positivos: Tem estacionamento amplo, uma gama de exames que você (alguns são por agendamento)pode fazer lá, o atendimento é bem humanizado.
O ponto negativo: As salas de espera para os exames poderiam ser mais amplas.
I consider it one of the best laboratories in Belém. I have been doing tests there for many years and I have never had any problems, I recognize that it is always crowded, even with many doctors to attend to, something normal in my opinion. The positive points: It has ample parking, a range of exams that you (some are by appointment) can do there, the service is very humanized.
The downside: Waiting rooms for exams could be wider.
