★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um exame PCR, paguei mais caro que nos outros laboratórios, pois me passaram que o resultado sairia em 3 dias. Porém fazem 5 dias e nada. Quando ligo la me falam que o laboratorio que realiza o exame esta demorando devido a demanda. Mas se sabem que isso acontece não deveriam ter me passado esse prazo. Deixei de fazer em outro lugar devido ao tempo e me senti enganada. O atendimento no geral não tenho que reclamar da equipe. Prem me senti enganada.

When I call her, they tell me that the laboratory that performs the exam is taking too long due to demand. But if you know this happens, you shouldn't have passed that deadline. I stopped doing it elsewhere due to the weather and I felt cheated. The service in general I don't have to complain about the staff. Prem felt cheated.
