O laboratório estava limpo e a enfermeira muito atenciosa. Porém, fiz o exame PCR (covid) dia 11/01 - 09:28hs e ja estranhei a data prevista para entrega do resultado que era 14/01 15hs, pois todos os laboratórios estão entregando resultados com até 1 dia ou antes. Consulteir diariamente e nada de resultado, hoje, há alguns minutos, após não ter resultado, lliguei no laboratório e deram desculpa que por conta do alto numero de exames, ainda não tem meu resultado. Resumindo, se alguém estiver com urgência, não procure o Tottal Análise.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
The lab was clean and the nurse very attentive. However, I took the PCR exam (covid) on 01/11 - 09:28hs and I was already surprised that the expected date for delivery of the result was 01/14th 15hs, as all laboratories are delivering results with up to 1 day or earlier. Consult daily and no result, today, a few minutes ago, after not having a result, I called the laboratory and they apologized that because of the high number of exams, they still don't have my result. In short, if someone is in urgent need, don't look for Total Analysis.
