★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito do atendimento desde o atendimento telefônico para tirar dúvidas e orçamento até o atendimento presencial pela secretaria e a Dra Tainá que foi excelente para tirar sangue pela patinha . Simón nem chorou e ficou quietinho. Mão super boa! Obrigada e voltarei novamente!

Pronto atendimento no 1° contato, pontualidade, serviço mto bom... profissionais q fizeram o exame super educados, atenciosos e cuidadosos... preço justo... super recomendo... ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Temos um labrador, grande e agitado. Como algumas pessoas tem preconceito com cachorros de raças grandes, colocamos focinheira.
As funcionárias da recepção são muito atenciosas, assim como médicos/as e estagiárias .
Uma médica sugeriu que tirassemos a focinheira quando ele se acalmou, mas nós mantivemos para evitar transtornos.
O resultado veio antes do esperado e eles enviam para à médica, o que facilita muito.
Os preços são bons, de mercado.
O ponto fraco é a falta de estacionamento. São apenas duas vagas, e não dá para parar na rua. Estacionamos longe.
Apesar disso, recomendo.
We have a big, fussy Labrador. As some people are prejudiced against large breed dogs, we put on a muzzle.
Reception staff are very attentive, as are doctors and interns.
A doctor suggested we take the muzzle off when he calmed down, but we kept it on to avoid inconvenience.
The result came sooner than expected and they send it to the doctor, which makes it a lot easier.
Prices are good on the market.
The downside is the lack of parking. There are only two spaces, and you can't stop on the street. We parked far away.
Despite that, I recommend it.

As meninas do RX são uns amores, são jovens e pacientes, mas a veterinária Isabel, responsável por eletrocardiograma e ecos definitivamente não está preparada para essa função. Ela não possui staff suficiente (ou não sabe delegar funções para a staff disponível) e nem capacidade para controlar ou acalmar um animal idoso, que está assustado e estressado por passar por um processo tão exaustivo. Sei que é de responsabilidade do tutor ajudar a acalmar e conter o pet, mas o veterinário não saber como lidar corretamente com um pet idoso é péssimo. Só estressava mais ainda o pet e a situação.
Ficava o tempo todo me lembrando que haviam outras pessoas marcadas para realizar o mesmo procedimento depois da gente (sendo que marcamos nosso horário também), como se eu pudesse acelerar minha cachorrinha, que estava com medo e tensa. Isabel conseguiu ser tão inconveniente e tão pouco profissional que eu mesma comecei a ficar desconfortável pela postura dela, imagina meu pet.
Por fim, acabamos nem realizando todos os exames, porque a mesma, faltando profissionalismo, disse que não realizaria o exame, já que o pet não ficava quieto e ela precisava atender mais gente ($). Uma veterinária, graduada (imagino eu, né?), que deveria saber lidar com situações assim, agir dessa maneira é péssimo. Melhorem. Na clínica de vocês não volto mais. Me arrependi e NÃO indico para todos que conheço.

The RX girls are adorable, they are young and patient, but the veterinarian Isabel, responsible for electrocardiograms and echoes, is definitely not prepared for this role. She doesn't have enough staff (or doesn't know how to delegate functions to the available staff) and no ability to control or calm an elderly animal, who is scared and stressed to go through such an exhausting process. I know it's the guardian's responsibility to help calm and contain the pet, but the vet not knowing how to properly handle an elderly pet is terrible. It only stressed the pet and the situation even more.
I kept reminding myself that there were other people scheduled to perform the same procedure after us (and we set our appointment too), as if I could speed up my dog, who was scared and tense. Isabel managed to be so inconvenient and so unprofessional that I myself started to get uncomfortable with her posture, imagine my pet.
Finally, we ended up not performing all the exams, because she, lacking professionalism, said she would not perform the exam, since the pet wouldn't stay quiet and she needed to see more people ($). A veterinarian, graduated (I imagine, right?), who should know how to deal with situations like this, acting this way is terrible. improve. I won't be coming back to your clinic. I regretted it and I DO NOT recommend it to everyone I know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Dra que atendeu meus cachorros é um amorzinho. Nao gostei de uma das recepcionistas, uma de óculos e cabelo liso, parece que estava brava por ter que ir trabalhar no meio do carnaval... Uma cara de C* sem igual serio, supreendente a vibração pesada que essa recepcionista.
Pecam um pouco nos horários mas de resto.... E é a primeira e última vez que venho num lugar desses
The Dr who took care of my dogs is a sweetheart. I didn't like one of the receptionists, one with glasses and straight hair, it seems that she was angry about having to go to work in the middle of the carnival... An unparalleled serious C* face, surprising the heavy vibe that this receptionist had.
They sin a little in the schedules but otherwise.... And it's the first and last time I come to a place like this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já levo há algum tempo meus pets nesse laboratório. Gosto demais do atendimento, limpeza, cordialidade, etc. Porém, nesse novo endereço não gostei por não ter praticidade em parar o carro. Há somente duas vagas e nao tem nenhum lugar perto para estacionar. Eu tenho um gato de 8 kgs, e vai na caixa de transporte que tem mais 2 kgs.
Pode parecer que não, mas para mim, que to sempre sozinha levando meus pets, ter lugar perto para estacionar é de suma importancia.
I've been taking my pets to this lab for some time now. I really like the service, cleanliness, friendliness, etc. However, at this new address I didn't like it because it wasn't practical to stop the car. There are only two spaces and there is nowhere to park nearby. I have an 8 kg cat, and it goes in the transport box that has another 2 kg.
It may not seem like it, but for me, who am always alone with my pets, having a parking space nearby is of paramount importance.

Agendei exames de raio X, ecocardiograma, hemograma, função renal e função hepática para minha Bigodinho, uma labradora idosa, com displasia coxo femoral e alergias de pele.
As atendentes me ajudaram a tirar minha pequena do carro e levaram ela até a recepção, que estava cheia, mas tudo bem organizado. Me surpreendi com a simpatia das atendentes e com a limpeza do local, até o café estava uma delícia!
Os médicos veterinários foram um amorzinho com minha princesa e trataram ela muito bem, com muita paciência e estou aqui até agora, esperando meu cartão autorizar a transação e estão aqui me acolhendo e conversando comigo.
Estou emocionada com a paciência e solidariedade que fomos atendidas, muitas pessoas não tem paciência e não entendem nosso amor pelos animais. Não conhecia esse laboratório, Achei no Google e vim pelo preço acessível e amei, vou recomendar para a anclivepa onde atendo minha pequena, pois estão com o raio X quebrado lá e estava aflita, mas tudo deu certo
I am positively surprised by the quality of the service.
I scheduled x-ray, echocardiogram, blood count, kidney function and liver function tests for my Bigodinho, an elderly labrador, with hip dysplasia and skin allergies.
The attendants helped me to get my little one out of the car and took her to the reception, which was full, but everything was well organized. I was surprised by the friendliness of the attendants and the cleanliness of the place, even the coffee was delicious!
The vets were a sweetheart with my princess and they treated her very well, with a lot of patience and I'm here until now, waiting for my card to authorize the transaction and they're here welcoming me and talking to me.
I am touched by the patience and solidarity that we were attended to, many people have no patience and do not understand our love for animals. I didn't know about this laboratory, I found it on Google and I came for the affordable price and I loved it, I will recommend it to anclivepa where I take care of my little one, because they have a broken X-ray there and I was distressed, but everything went well
