Fora que não deu certo todos os exames e fui informada no dia que fui receber o resultado... Estou profundamente chateada e constrangimento um pré operatório e tiver que pagar outra consulta pq não fui comunicado que teria que repetir os exames ???

Não são todas as pessoas que tem o tempo de ir até o laboratório, por isso existe telefone!!!
Falo do atendimento da unidade de atendimento que fica na clinica Benfica, A CLINICA NAO TEM NADA A VER!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência com esse laboratório. Por favor, para os que leiam esse comentário, não procurem o serviço deles . Resultados de exames de sangue era pra ser entregue online, nada funciona . Não responderam se quer meu e-mail. Primeira e última vez que procuro o serviço deles .
Existem outros laboratórios bem melhor em fortaleza . Uma tamanha falta de respeito com os pacientes, além do mais tudo feito particular , dinheiro, cash (pago na hora), mas para entregar o resultado nada, FALTA DE RESPEITO!
Bad experience with this lab. Please, for those who read this comment, do not seek their service. Blood test results were to be delivered online, nothing works. They didn't answer if you want my email. First and last time I look for their service.
There are other laboratories much better in Fortaleza. Such a lack of respect for patients, besides everything done privately, money, cash (paid on the spot), but nothing to deliver the result, LACK OF RESPECT!
