★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento telefônico de péssima qualidade e pouco inteligente. Eu só queria saber o horário limite para entregar urina matinal para exame e me encheram de perguntas irrelevantes.
Perdi a paciência e desliguei.
Telephone service of poor quality and not very smart. I just wanted to know the deadline to deliver morning urine for examination and filled me with irrelevant questions.
I lost my temper and hung up.

Só perguntei se eu podia fazer os exames da águia, ela foi extramammente grosseira comigo, não me respondeu... e ainda falou que tinha muita coisa para fazer! Nunca fui tratada assim em lugar nenhum. Péssimo atendimento
Bad service, Patrícia left me waiting in front of her, I was 8 months pregnant. I just asked if I could take the eagle's exams, she was extremely rude to me, she didn't answer me... and even said she had a lot to do! I've never been treated like that anywhere. Terrible attendance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários são super atenciosos, MAS a espera é péssima... cerca de 1 hora entre chegar, fazer a burocracia de papéis e colher o material. Demora muitooo, tem que ter muita paciência ou como eu acabei fazendo, ir para outro Laboratório que atendeu super rápido!
The staff are super attentive, BUT the wait is awful ... about 1 hour between arriving, doing paperwork and picking up stuff. It takes a long time, you have to have a lot of patience or as I ended up doing, go to another lab that answered super fast!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toda vez que vou tirar sangue na unidade de Petrópolis levo pelo menos 3h para ser atendida. Dessa última vez, depois de horas esperando de jejum, doente e já com muita dor de cabeça de fome, desisti do exame e ainda fui super desrespeitada por uma atendente.
O lugar pode ser bonitinho, mas o atendimento é pior que o SUS!
Every time I go to draw blood at the Petrópolis unit, it takes me at least 3 hours to be seen. This last time, after hours waiting for fast, sick and already with a lot of hunger headache, I gave up on the exam and was still super disrespected by an attendant.
The place may be cute, but the service is worse than SUS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, atende super ignorante, não tem empatia por ninguém. Enquanto tentava resolver meu problema ela falava mal de outro paciente que saiu do atendimento. Quando fui embora falei com a mesma que ela não deveria tratar os clientes desta forma. Ela discutiu comigo sendo super grossa. Sem profissionalismo algum. Atendida na data de hoje.
Terrible, attends super ignorant, has no empathy for anyone. While trying to solve my problem, she spoke ill of another patient who left the service. When I left I told her that she shouldn't treat clients this way. She argued with me being super rude. Without any professionalism. Answered on today's date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Muito burocrático, não facilita a vida do cliente, não tem telefone direto com a filial, perde-se muito tempo para nada. Se não querem se aborrecer nem tentem essa empresa.
Terrible attendance! Very bureaucratic, it doesn't make the customer's life easier, there is no direct telephone line with the branch, a lot of time is wasted for nothing. If you don't want to get bored don't even try this company.
