★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei várias vezes pra confirmar se realizavam um exame de urgência pra minha filha e disseram que sim e que inclusive o plano cobriria quando chegou o dia não fizeram o exame e alegaram que o plano não cobre o exame , e o telefone deles parece que não funciona mais
 I called several times to confirm if they performed an emergency exam for my daughter and they said yes and that even the plan would cover it when the day came they did not do the exam and claimed that the plan does not cover the exam, and their phone doesn't seem to work most

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO ADIANTA ABRIR AS 6 HRS SE TEM APENAS UMA ATENDENTE NAO JUSTIFICA MUITO...... SÓ A ESPERA PARA ATENDIMENTO NA RECEPÇÃO FOI APROXIMADAMENTE UNS 35 MINUTOS , COM MAIS UMA ATENDENDE SERIA A METADE DESTE TEMPO.
IT'S NO USE TO OPEN AT 6 HRS IF THERE'S ONLY ONE ATTENDANT IT DOESN'T JUSTIFY A LOT...... ONLY THE WAIT TO BE ATTENDED AT THE RECEPTION WAS APPROXIMATELY 35 MINUTES, WITH ONE MORE ATTEND IT WOULD BE HALF OF THIS TIME.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. A atendente não soube informar se o exame tinha cobertura pelo meu convênio. Se limitou a dizer que na hora que chegasse para fazer que seria verificado. Imagina vc levantando de madrugada e ao chegar para fazê-lo não ser possível.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Não recomendo. Liguei na central com antecedência para saber se a unidade fazia coleta de exame e a central informou que fazia! Ao chegar na unidade, fui informada que estava suspensa a coleta! Falta de respeito com o usuário! Liguei novamente na central reclamando e a atendente informou que haviam acabado de confirmar pela manhã com a unidade que estavam fazendo o exame! Que comunicação é essa?
Terrible. I do not recommend. I called the center in advance to find out if the unit was collecting exams and the center informed me that it did! Upon arriving at the unit, I was informed that the collection was suspended! Lack of respect for the user! I called the center again complaining and the attendant informed that they had just confirmed in the morning with the unit that they were taking the exam! What communication is this?

Poucos atendentes. A equipe da coleta fica aguardando por muito tempo pois não tem número de atendentes suficientes para ir liberando as pessoas para a coleta.
A gerente não ajuda em nada e muitas vezes os próprios atendentes param o atendimento para resolver problemas quando a gerente que fica parada não faz nada.
É um atendente para preferencial e um para atendimento normal. Não sei o que acontece que sempre quando venho tem uma pessoa que fica muito tempo. Estou aguardando a 20min e o mesmo rapaz está em atendimento.
Terrible attendance.
Few attendants. The collection team waits for a long time because it does not have enough attendants to release people for collection.
The manager does not help at all and often the attendants themselves stop the service to solve problems when the manager who is stopped does nothing.
It is an attendant for preferred and one for normal attendance. I don't know what happens that whenever I come there is someone who stays for a long time. I'm waiting 20min and the same guy is in attendance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima! Paguei caro, no particular, buscando agilidade e tive de esperar por 2h10min para recolher o sangue. Um total descaso com o cliente por parte do SÃO MARCOS. Além disso, os meus exames não ficaram prontos dentro do prazo informado. Tive de ir à consulta médica sem todos os exames para o Dr. avaliar
My experience was terrible! I paid dearly, in particular, seeking agility and had to wait for 2h10min to collect the blood. A total disregard for the customer on the part of SÃO MARCOS. Also, my exams were not ready within the given time frame. I had to go to the doctor's appointment without all the exams for the Dr. to evaluate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremamente decepcionada em ver o quanto caiu a qualidade do atendimento dessa unidade. Estou gestante, tinha agendamento para o meu exame e de 5 guichês só tem duas atendentes. A cada 10 pacientes, chamam uma prioridade. Infelizmente não voltarei a fazer exame neste laboratório.
Extremely disappointed to see how much the quality of service at this unit has dropped. I'm pregnant, I had an appointment for my exam and out of 5 counters there are only two attendants. Every 10 patients, call a priority. Unfortunately I will not be taking the exam again in this laboratory.
