Agora, ao chegar no estacionamento em uma simples motocicleta, debaixo de forte chuva, frente ao mar de SUVs parados próximos a entrada, o segurança, do fundo, já nos orienta com veemência qual o lugar das motos: no canto do estacionamento, colado à grade de entrada, sem cobertura. Qual a diferença vista pelo laboratório dos clientes que chegam de carro, para os que chegam de moto? não merecemos poder parar um pouco mais próximo da porta, visto que a chuva era intensa? fica aqui o questionamento.

I really liked it, the service is fast and they also serve a small breakfast, more for people who were fasting for exams!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A moça da recepção levou mais de 20 minutos para terminar de preencher a minha ficha/exames, alegou que a culpa era do plano de saúde que estaria demorando para autorizar porém era mentira pois só pediu o token no final, a verdade é que ela estava com dificuldade de localizar os exames que eu faria, perguntou algumas vezes para as colegas do lado. Outro ponto negativo foi com a enfermeira, que para coletar o sangue teve que tentar nos 2 braços.
The girl at the reception took more than 20 minutes to finish filling out my form/exams, she claimed that it was the health plan's fault, which would be taking a while to authorize, but it was a lie because she only asked for the token at the end, the truth is that she was having difficulty locating the exams that I would take, she asked a few times to the colleagues next door. Another negative point was with the nurse, who had to try in both arms to collect the blood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente a anos e sempre fui muito bem atendida pelas recepcionistas e enfermeiras, mas de uns meses para cá o atendimento foi de 10 para 0.
Ontem levei a minha bebê de 5 meses para realizar um exame de urina as 14h00, um exame que em qualquer laboratório ou até mesmo hospital fica pronto em 2 horas, não ficou pronto até agora. O prazo era que ficaria pronto ainda ontem as 19h, não ficou. Estou ligando desde as 6h30 para eles verificarem e cada hora as atendentes passam informações diferentes, uma hora o exame está pronto, mas estão com falha técnica no site, logo após outra atendente informou que o exame não estava pronto. Já são 10h20 da manhã e até agora ninguém resolveu. Minha bebê está com dor, e foi feito o exame por suspeita de infecção de urina.
UM DESCASO TOTAL! E atendentes SUPER mal educadas!
I've been a customer for years and I've always been very well attended by receptionists and nurses, but for a few months the service has gone from 10 to 0.
Yesterday I took my 5-month-old baby for a urinalysis at 2:00 pm, an exam that in any laboratory or even hospital is ready in 2 hours, it hasn't been ready until now. The deadline was that it would be ready yesterday at 19:00, it wasn't. I've been calling since 6:30 am for them to check and every hour the attendants give different information, one hour the exam is ready, but there is a technical failure on the site, soon after another attendant informed that the exam was not ready. It's already 10:20 am and so far no one has resolved it. My baby is in pain, and she was tested for a suspected urine infection.
A TOTAL DISCHARGE! And SUPER rude attendants!
