Worst place to take exams, toxicology is not even mentioned, attendants treating worse than a dog, ignorant nurses, I never come back if you're not happy with the job vacancy for those who need it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um teste de covid para viagem, eles emitem em inglês e com QR CODE para validação internacional, (solicitar na hora de exame).
Saiu super rápido, colhi 15:50, no dia seguinte 10:00 já estava pronto.
I took a covid test for travel, they issue it in English and with QR CODE for international validation, (request at the time of exam).
It came out super fast, I harvested it at 15:50, the next day at 10:00 it was ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente antigo, por isso optei em realizar o teste do Covid com eles, disseram que em 24h sairia o resultado. Enfim já estourou mais de 2 dias e nada do laudo, deveriam se organizar mais para essa alta de demanda. Enquanto isso os pacientes em casa passando mal sem poder entrar com medicação adequada por falta de uma responsabilidade do próprio laboratório. Não merecem estrela alguma por esse fato.
I'm a long-time customer, that's why I chose to do the Covid test with them, they said that the result would come out in 24 hours. Anyway, it's been over 2 days and nothing in the report, they should organize more for this high demand. Meanwhile, patients at home are feeling sick without being able to enter with adequate medication due to lack of responsibility from the laboratory itself. They don't deserve any stars for that fact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o exame PCR Covid ontem (05) às 08h e a moça que fez o cadastro afirmou que após as 11h do dia seguinte já estaria disponível o resultado. Na link on-line consta o resultado às 17h de hoje (06). Fiquei o dia todo verificando porque eu preciso dessa resposta para poder voltar à minha cidade.
Por volta de 17h30 eu liguei na clínica e, ou dava ocupado ou não atendiam.
Contudo, estou aqui sem poder cumprir com meus compromissos porque eles não cumpriram com o deles.
I took the PCR Covid exam yesterday (05) at 08 pm and the girl who made the registration said that after 11 pm the next day the result would be available. The online link contains the result at 17 pm today (06). I spent all day checking because I need this answer to be able to return to my city.
Around 5:30 pm I called the clinic and either it was busy or they didn't answer.
However, I'm here unable to fulfill my commitments because they didn't fulfill theirs.

Por ser um laboratório, esperar que os protocolos de segurança sejam observados, é absolutamente normal. Agora quando se percebe que a segurança é um ponto natural, é muito melhor. E isto acontece, já na recepção e por todos os setores. Com uma grande conscientização presente, nos mais diversos aspectos. Mesmo com senha de espera, o atendimento é rápido e de qualidade, da mesma forma que todos serviços desenvolvidos. Ponto forte, a valorização das pessoas, tanto pelo carinho e respeito no atendimento, e nos procedimentos.
