Tudo parece muito desorganizado e sempre quando tentamos nos comunicar com eles, as explicacoes sao confusas para te deixar sem entender.
Atrasaram para mandar o exame do meu cachorro para o laboratorio, mentiram quando explicaram os motivos, deram datas que nao foram cumpridas inumeras vezes, mentiram, mentiram e mentiram... isso sem contar os inumeros erros nos documentos, desculpas para atrasar no envio de notas fiscais, prometer o envio de informacoes e nao cumprir. Enfim, um caos. Por causa deles exclusivamente, ha 3 meses nao vejo meu cachorro esperando o resultado de um exame para sua viagem.
NAO RECOMENDO USAR OS SERVICOS DELES POR NADA. SE NECESSARIO BUSQUE O SERVICO EM OUTRA CIDADE OU PAGUE MAIS CARO. E NUNCA, NUNCA MESMO, JAMAIS ACREDITE NA CONVERSA FIADA DO ALEXANDRE, QUE USA ATE MESMO DE DRAMA PARA MENTIR E TE DEIXAR SEM ENTENDER O QUE ESTA PASSANDO.

Rarely have I used a service of any quality in the city of Araraquara with such low professionalism and poor quality.
Everything seems very disorganized and whenever we try to communicate with them, the explanations are confusing to leave you without understanding.
They were late to send my dog's exam to the laboratory, they lied when they explained the reasons, they gave dates that were not met countless times, they lied, lied and lied... not to mention the numerous errors in the documents, excuses for delaying sending invoices, promise to send information and fail to comply. In the end, chaos. Because of them exclusively, I haven't seen my dog waiting for the result of an exam for his trip for 3 months.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEIR SERVICES FOR ANYTHING. IF NECESSARY SEARCH THE SERVICE IN ANOTHER CITY OR PAY MORE EXPENSIVE. AND NEVER, EVER, EVER BELIEVE ALEXANDRE'S SMALL TALK, WHO USES EVEN DRAMA TO LIE AND LEAVE YOU WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING WHAT'S GOING ON.
TERRIBLE. NOTHING PROFESSIONAL. LIAR. NO RESPECT TO CUSTOMERS. (believe me... I'm taking it easy on this review).
