Best laboratory I've ever met, I was super well attended, excellent professionals, polite, patient and know what they are doing. I'm not taking Bonnie anywhere else right now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito, muito, muuuuuuuuuuuuuito ruim! Profissionais não preparadas, furaram 3x minha gata (que é bem tranquila) e não conseguiram. Conseguiram apenas estressar ela. Nunca vi em um exame de sangue de gato (que precisa de tranquilidade), deixarem um pitbull praticamente solto latindo infinitamente na recepção.. NÃO TEM COMO REALIZAR UM EXAME TRANQUILO DESSE JEITO!!!
Só me geraram estress, estressaram a gata, fora um jejum de 12h q teve que fazer e ainda mais o tempo de "tentativas frustradas" do laboratorio.
NÃO RECOMENTO E NUNCA MAIS VOLTAREI
Very, very, soooooooo bad! Unprepared professionals, pierced my cat 3 times (who is very calm) and failed. They only managed to stress her out. I've never seen in a cat blood test (which needs peace of mind), they leave a pitbull practically loose barking endlessly at the reception.. THERE'S NO WAY TO PERFORM A QUIET EXAM LIKE THAT!!!
They only caused me stress, they stressed the cat, apart from a 12-hour fast that she had to do and even more the time of "failed attempts" in the laboratory.
DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NEVER GO BACK
