★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não existe nenhuma avaliação para o atendimento, mulheres gestantes aguardam de pé em uma fila sem nenhum tipo de prioridade, sem falar que as janelas de atendimento sao péssimas, muitas vezes duas pessoas são atendidas na mesma janela, pois acredito que o funcionário não consiga abrir a janela correspondente a sua cadeira de atendimento, dentre muitas outras coisas...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A maneira como os usuários ficam expostos e horrível, em dias de chuva não faz diferença entre estar na chuva propriamente dita ou em baixo da cobertura onde tem as janelas de atendimento, sem falar na demora para o atendimento onde pessoas com prioridade esperam em filas sem qualquer organização.
The way users are exposed is horrible, on rainy days it makes no difference between being in the rain itself or under the roof where there are service windows, not to mention the delay in service where people with priority wait in queues without any organization.
