Tenho seguro nessa corretora a mais ou menos três anos e meio, e alguns dias estava querendo trocar meu carro, entrei em contato com a corretora para verificar alteração de valores, e saber como poderia prosseguir com a troca de veículo e a transferência de seguro, na segunda-feira entrei em contato com a corretora como já havia informado que o carro que iria pegar era de leilão, porém não consta no documento, igual o veículo que tinha e estava trocando, a atendente disse que não haveria problema que assim que fosse aprovado na vistoria o carro já estaria assegurado e o meu antigo veículo sem cobertura alguma, então fiz a vistoria na última segunda-feira dia 13/04/2020, e o carro foi aprovado na vistoria entrei em contato com a corretora pra saber se estava tudo certo com a transferência do seguro, para poder fazer a troca , com os trâmites no cartório e a transferência de valores para o dono do carro que estaria trocando, a atendente me informou que sim o carro já estava coberto que poderia ficar tranquila, porém após umas duas horas ela me informa que seguro foi recusado e que nao estava conseguindo saber o motivo é que iria verificar com a gerente dela, porém até agora ela não resolveu nada, estou com o carro sem seguro, troquei apenas de carro por que ela deu seu Ok, que poderia ficar tranquila que o carro automaticamente estaria coberto e outro sem cobertura, agora estou sem seguro e a corretora simplesmente disse não pode fazer nada, após a recusão ela disse que o carro estaria até 2 dias coberto e que seria o tempo para ela resolver, e antes de fazer a troca já para não acontecer esse problemas entrei em contato com a corretora que simplesmente me informou que estaria tudo certo o carro coberto e só após ser recusado pela seguradora ela me disse que levaria para ser aprovado.
Agora eu quero que eles resolvam, por que não posso simplesmente ficar sem um carro sem seguro. Estou super insatisfeito com descaso da Lacorse, e quero que eles tenham uma solução para resolver o meu problema.

I have had insurance at this broker for about three and a half years, and some days I was wanting to change my car, I contacted the broker to check the change in values, and to know how I could proceed with the vehicle exchange and the insurance transfer, on monday i contacted the broker as i had already informed that the car that i was going to get was for auction, but it is not in the document, just like the vehicle i had and was changing, the clerk said there would be no problem as soon as it was approved in the inspection the car would already be insured and my old vehicle without any coverage, so I did the inspection last Monday, 04/13/2020, and the car was approved in the inspection I contacted the broker to find out if it was all right with the transfer of insurance, to be able to make the exchange, with the formalities in the registry office and the transfer of values to the owner of the car that would be exchanging, the attendant informed me that yes the car was already covered that p I would like to be calm, but after a couple of hours she informs me that insurance was refused and that she was not getting to know the reason why she was going to check with her manager, but so far she has not solved anything, I have the car without insurance, I just changed by car because she gave her Ok, that she could rest assured that the car would automatically be covered and another without coverage, now I am without insurance and the broker simply said she can't do anything, after the refusal she said that the car would be up to 2 days covered and that it would be time for her to resolve it, and before making the exchange to avoid these problems I contacted the brokerage that simply informed me that the covered car would be all right and only after being refused by the insurance company she told me that it would take to be approved.
Now I want them to figure it out, why can't I just be without a car without insurance. I am super dissatisfied with Lacorse's neglect, and I want them to have a solution to solve my problem.
