A nice break. Well served food, good service and a well thought out environment. Too bad the prices are not very inviting, but considering the location, it couldn't be different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui lá para trabalhar mas a rede do Wi-Fi não funcionava, os funcionários nunca me avisaram. Além disso achei eles pouco amáveis… esteve 15 minutos esperando para ser atendida enquanto outras pessoas chegavam sendo atendidas primeiro. Não gostei e não volverei porque o atendimento é muito ruim.
I went there to work but the Wi-Fi network didn't work, the employees never let me know. Also, I found them unlovable… it was 15 minutes waiting to be attended while other people arrived being attended first. I didn't like it and I won't come back because the service is very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costumo muito ir no do Leblon , mas hoje fui até Ipanema e resolvi tomar um maquiado café e gostei muito, na próxima virei almoçar. Bem legal no meio desses livros. Lugar confortável, bom para encontrar com amigos. Vale à pena visitar. Um dos charmes de Ipanema.
I usually go to Leblon, but today I went to Ipanema and decided to have a make-up coffee and I really liked it, next time I will have lunch. Pretty cool in the middle of these books. Comfortable place, good to meet friends. It's worth visiting. One of the charms of Ipanema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O café fica no mezanino da Livraria Travessa. O ambiente é agradável, não muito barulhento e o atendimento é muito bom. Ótimas opções de sobremesas para acompanhar um café. As opções de almoço também são bem gostosas, pratos bem servidos e bem apresentados.
The café is located on the mezzanine floor of Livraria Travessa. The atmosphere is pleasant, not too noisy and the service is very good. Great dessert options to accompany a coffee. The lunch options are also very tasty, dishes well served and well presented.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We all have our bad days but sometimes we have to put our things together and do what have to be done. Today I felt like a waste of my time and $$$ heading to this coffee shop. I was looking for a place to peacefully work online and eat good food. I ordered a Carbonara caipira, sparkling water and espresso. Pasta was cold, sparkling water needed ice which helped the drink to go flat faster... anyway, on top of that, there was a tension between two employees, and they forgot my coffee (which was not charged). I hope next time I can give a five-stars for the service, food and drinks.
