★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faz tempo que eu procuro uma loja em que eu possa comprar de olhos fechados, hoje eu achei!!!! Comprei pela primeira vez e já estou apaixonada. Parece que a roupa foi feita na medida do meu corpo. As medidas colocadas no site são exatamente corretas. O acabamento da roupa, finíssimo. As roupas são lindas!!!! Chegou em um dia depois que fiz o pedido. Nossa, perfeito, amei, a loja que chamarei de "minha" a partir de agora!
It's been a while since I've been looking for a store where I can shop with my eyes closed, today I found it!!!! I bought it for the first time and I'm already in love. Looks like the outfit was tailored to my body. The measurements placed on the website are exactly correct. The finishing of the clothes, very fine. The clothes are beautiful!!!! It arrived a day after I ordered. Wow, perfect, I love the store I'll call "mine" from now on!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz minha primeira compra algumas semanas atras, e simplesmente amei as roupas da Laguna. As medidas da numeração indicadas no site foram certeiras. As roupas me couberam perfeitamente, e o caimento foi perfeito. Gostei muito dos tecidos usados, e notando pelos detalhes das roupas (do acabamento da costura, emenda de estampa, botoes e rendas das barras) nota-se um cuidado com a qualidade das peças. Não tive problema com as entregas, sendo que minha segunda compra (porque ja me apaixonei depois da primeira e ganhei um cupom de desconto) chegou ate um pouco antes do previsto.
I made my first purchase a few weeks ago, and I just loved Laguna's clothes. The numbering measures indicated on the website were accurate. The clothes fit me perfectly, and the fit was perfect. I really liked the fabrics used, and noticing the details of the clothes (the sewing finish, print splicing, buttons and lace on the bars) there is a noticeable care with the quality of the pieces. I had no problem with deliveries, and my second purchase (because I already fell in love after the first one and got a discount coupon) even arrived a little ahead of schedule.

Além de demorar para enviar a compra, fiz a devolução no mesmo dia que recebi, nem a abri a caixa, já faz mais de 30 dias e até agora não tive o reembolso da compra.
Vale lembrar que atendimento e relacionamento com cliente fica até após a compra, mesmo que eu não tenha ficado com o produto. Essa experiência ruim, macha a marca que é tão conhecida. Nunca mais compro.
Poor customer service after purchase.
In addition to taking a long time to send the purchase, I returned it the same day I received it, I didn't even open the box, it's been more than 30 days and so far I haven't had a refund for the purchase.
It is worth remembering that customer service and relationship remains until after the purchase, even if I did not keep the product. This bad experience, hurts the brand that is so well known. I never buy again.

Além do frete abusivo de quase 20 reais, me fizeram pagar 40 reais no frete total, com a justificativa que o entregador nao conseguiu contato, sendo que eu respondi em 5 minutos quando alguem da loja me mandou msg, e logo depois nao me respondeu mais. Um descaso total, falta de respeito com o consumidor.
Aí me fizeram pagar o frete INTEIRO NOVAMENTE, por culpa e falta de boa vontade da loja em me contatar assim que o entregador chegou na minha casa!!

In addition to the abusive shipping of almost 20 reais, they made me pay 40 reais in total shipping, with the justification that the delivery man couldn't get in touch, and I replied within 5 minutes when someone from the store sent me a message, and soon after he didn't answer me anymore . A total disregard, lack of respect for the consumer.
Then they made me pay the ENTIRE shipping AGAIN, because of the store's fault and lack of goodwill in contacting me as soon as the delivery man arrived at my house!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu acho as roupas lindas! Fiquei muito feliz e empolgada com a marca que comprei logo três conjuntos iguais, de cores diferentes. (Um bege, laranja e preto) o bege e o preto estou usando até agora, lavo com cuidado no modo delicado e sem misturar com outras roupas e tudo certo. Porém a minha reclamação foi no pós compra. O conjunto laranja se desmanchou durante o uso, a parte das pernas abriu inteira. Mandei mensagem no Instagram informando o ocorrido e pedindo a troca do produto. A pessoa que me atendeu disse que eu não podia lavar na máquina, mesmo em modo delicado, teria que lavar na mão e não fez a troca do conjunto laranja dizendo que eu que estraguei lavando. Sendo que claramente foi um defeito da peça, levando em conta que comprei três conjuntos iguais, e tive com o três o mesmos cuidados e forma de uso. Foi uma decepção. Havia indicado para várias pessoas a marca, fiquei bem desapontada com o descaso do pós compra. Não compro e não indico mais. Frustrante
I think the clothes are beautiful! I was very happy and excited with the brand that I soon bought three identical sets, in different colors. (A beige, orange and black) the beige and black I'm using so far, I wash it carefully in the delicate mode and without mixing it with other clothes and everything is fine. But my complaint was after the purchase. The orange set fell apart during use, the leg part opened completely. I sent a message on Instagram informing what happened and asking for the exchange of the product. The person who answered me said that I couldn't wash it in the machine, even in delicate mode, I would have to wash it by hand and didn't change the orange set saying that I ruined it washing. Since it was clearly a defect of the piece, taking into account that I bought three identical sets, and I had the same care and use with the three. It was a disappointment. I had recommended the brand to several people, I was very disappointed with the neglect of the post purchase. I don't buy and I don't recommend anymore. Frustrating
