★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente, pedi um tamanho que servia em mim, até experimentei o modelo que segundo a loja seguiriam, mas agora paguei a blusa, ela não serve, obviamente não seguiu o modelo que foi experimentado.

A senhora Rufina é não preza o mínimo de educação com os clientes além de ser confusa nos pedido achando que o cliente tem que levar o que ela define! Sem contar a prepotência no atendimento da funcionária Talita. NÃO INDICO NEM PARA UM INIMIGO.
Frase da Sra. Rufina: "não irei fornecer nada para você; estou perdendo o meu tempo com você" Sem contar que desligou o telefone na minha cara.
Eu fiz o ORÇAMENTO de calças e camisetas ambas azul marinho, mas na hora de ver os produtos ela não tinha a cor azul marinho e e prepotente Talita disse que só iria conseguir fazer nas cores cinza. Então decidi comprar apenas as camisetas... e mesmo com pedido enviado por e-mail tudo especificado as ESPERTONAS fizeram tal confusão que enviou nota errada e ainda por cima cancelou meu pedido sem um pingo de respeito ao consumidor.
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE!

Mrs. Rufina's phrase: "I will not provide anything for you; I am wasting my time with you" Not to mention that she hung up the phone in my face.
I did the BUDGET for pants and t-shirts both navy, but at the time of seeing the products she was not navy and prepotent Talita said she could only do it in gray. So I decided to buy only the t-shirts ... and even with an email request all specified the SPERTONS made such a mess that sent wrong note and furthermore canceled my order without a shred of respect for the consumer.

O pior lugar de São Carlos para se fazer negócio relacionada a confecção!

No começo te atendem e garantem que tem tudo que você pede, desde cores, modelos e etc. Para começar a produção é necessário que você dê a primeira parcela, depois procuram a cor do tecido e olha que coincidência, não encontram e fazem de tudo para você concordar com o que você não quer... além de não responderem as mensagens no Whatsapp, fazem pouco caso. NÃO FAÇAM ENCOMENDAS NESSE LUGAR, É SÓ UMA DICA! MUITO ESTRESSE. NÃO MERECEM NENHUMA ESTRELA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo!! Liguei para saber o horário de funcionamento e a dona Rufina me disse que eu poderia ir qualquer horário das 10h as 16h. Fui no dia 25 de agosto 11h59 e não quiseram me atender , porém, mesmo assim voltei mais tarde e fui atendido. No começo parecia tudo mil maravilhas apesar dela não deixar você fazer do jeito que quer, você fala que quer um escrito em determinado lugar ela fala que não vai fazer porque fica estranho, tem que ser do jeito dela, dei uma entrada e ela me prometeu os uniformes para o dia 15/09. A partir daí os problemas começaram, visualizava as mensagens no whats app e não respondia, no dia 15 fui lá e ela nem lembrava se eu tinha feito o pedido ou não , não sabia nem a cor do uniforme que eu queria, tudo muito confuso, sorte que ela não fez nesse dia, porque teria ficado tudo errado, pois ela tinha anotado tudo errado, falei pra ela me enviar um layout pra eu aprovar e então mandar fazer os uniformes, aí ela me deu um novo prazo para o dia 23. Fui lá nesse dia e ela deu um novo prazo para o dia 28, não cumpriu novamente e até o momento nada de layout ! Até que hoje dia 30/09 eu cansei de esperar e fui lá pra cancelar o pedido e pra minha decepção mais uma vez fui surpreendido, ela foi bem arrogante devolveu o meu dinheiro e disse que não precisava de mim pois tinha muitos clientes famosos na cidade e que não precisava que eu indicasse ela pra ninguém ! Eu falei pra ela pesquisar sobre o atendimento dela no Google que não estava bom , que aconteceu exatamente a mesma coisa comigo, pra ela encarar como uma crítica construtiva e nesse momento ela mandou eu me retirar da loja dela e fechou a porta na minha cara com toda a falta de educação possível! Um dos piores atendimentos em toda minha vida, não recomendo pra ninguém !! Falta humildade e compromisso com o cliente ...Foi uma enorme decepção !
