Fiz cozinha, quartos, lavanderia e banheiro, tivemos alguns reparos mas deu tudo certinho no final.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca mais no projeto parece tudo certo mais so na hora de montar descobri que os armarios sao modulados ou seja nao são sobre medida ficou faltando uns 8 cm de armário que esconderam com um acabamento péssimo, as portas ja estao empenando , cozinha faltaram peças que demoraram quase um mês pra vir certo e na montagem tiveram que vir 5 vezes e mesmo assim não ficou bom, pistões de pessima qualidade armários não tem um 1 ano e os pistões já não seguram as portas nunca mais.
Never again in the project everything seems alright but just when it was time to assemble I discovered that the cabinets are modulated, that is, they are not made to measure, there was missing about 8 cm of cupboard that hid with a terrible finish, the doors are already warping, the kitchen was missing pieces that took too long. almost a month to come right and in the assembly they had to come 5 times and still it was not good, pistons of very bad quality cabinets are not 1 year old and the pistons do not hold the doors ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento lento, mais de 2 semanas para passar um orçamento acabamos fechando em outro. O vendedor Bruno inconformado ficou mandando mensagens para minha esposa, disse que não tínhamos perfil (se referindo a financeiro) e criticou a loja que acabamos fechando o pedido. (Tenho fotos da conversa aqui). Acabei ligando para dizer para ele parar de incomoda-la, ele foi muito irônico, zero profissionalismo e ainda ficou desejando boa sorte (como se fosse educado). Estou muito chateado com essa situação.
Slow service, more than 2 weeks to spend a budget we ended up closing in another. The unsatisfied salesman Bruno was sending messages to my wife, said that we didn't have a profile (referring to finance) and criticized the store that we ended up closing the order. (I have pictures of the conversation here). I ended up calling to tell him to stop bothering her, he was very ironic, zero professionalism and was still wishing good luck (as if he were polite). I am very upset about this situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, indicaram essa Empresa como si fosse Boa, porém ao solicitar um orçamento, com as medidas e materiais ao gosto do Cliente, a história ja MUDA, ou seja, se vocês pedirem MDF, eles vão empurrar MDP e ainda vão questionar O POR QUÊ VOCÊ QUER ESSE MATERIAL, MDPpra quem não conhece, é o antigo aglomerado, que facilmente esfarela.
NÃO RECOMENDADO NINGUÉM

Depois de 3 anos queríamos trocar um móvel, deixá-lo maior fazendo um armário de canto ou algo assim... fomos ignorados pelos atendentes.. foi agendado horário, esperamos p o cara nem dar atenção ao que queríamos... afinal ele poderia estar perdendo outros clientes que iriam gastar mais... indiquei muito a Laila p pessoal sempre fiz recomendações.... desfiz cada recomendação é desfaço minha avaliação 5 estrelas q tinha dado no início.
