Fui a loja para trocar e fui informada que não poderia trocar por ser produto de promoção e não havia nenhum anúncio sobre isso no dia da compra. Acho uma falta de respeito para o consumidor. Além disso nem se fala do descaso. Lamentável.
I bought a pair of pillowcases that in the first wash opened on the sides. I went to the store to change and I was informed that I could not change because it was a promotional product and there was no advertisement about it on the day of purchase. I find a lack of respect for the consumer. Furthermore, there is no mention of neglect. Unfortunate.
