★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É ridícula a política de troca dessa loja. Tive q trocar um produto por um de preço inferior já que nenhuma das peças que escolhi tinha valor igual nem superior ao da troca. Não foi gerado crédito do valor restante para descontar nas outras peças que eu estava comprando e no final saí perdendo dinheiro. Ao pedir a nota para comprovar a troca a funcionária disse que não podia me dar por problemas no sistema. Absurdo isso. Falta de respeito com o consumidor.
The store's exchange policy is ridiculous. I had to exchange a product for a lower price since none of the parts I chose had an equal or higher value than the exchange. No credit was generated for the remaining amount to discount the other parts I was buying and in the end I lost money. When asking for the note to prove the exchange, the employee said she couldn't give it to me because of problems with the system. Absurd it. Lack of respect for the consumer.
