★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta loja não é confiável. Sou de Araçatuba e estavam vendendo ingressos para o jogo do Palmeiras x Penapolense. Liguei no telefone e pedi para reservarem um ingresso para mim e que eu iria lá buscar, fui atendida por uma pessoa chamada "Patrícia". Cheguei lá eram 17:50 e liguei para saber a localização exata da loja pois eu não estava achando, quando grossamente me informaram que já haviam vendido o meu ingresso e que eu havia reservado "só até as 17:30", sendo que eu não havia dito o horário que iria.
Agora, imagine você reservar uma roupa ou um calçado nessa loja porque você tem um evento importante e eles simplesmente pegarem e venderem para outra pessoa por medo de perder a venda? Não dá para confiar. O ingresso não iria ficar parado lá, no sábado de manhã ainda iria gente atrás mesmo se eu não tivesse ido buscar.
Perdi meu tempo, fui dirigindo de Araçatuba até Birigui e ainda fui tratada com grosseria.
This store is not reliable. I am from Araçatuba and were selling tickets for the Palmeiras x Penapolense game. I called the phone and asked to book a ticket for me and that I would go there, I was answered by a person named "Patricia". I arrived there at 5:50 pm and called to know the exact location of the store because I was not finding it, when they grossly informed me that they had already sold my ticket and that I had booked "only until 5:30 pm", and I didn't I had said the time I would go.
Now, imagine you book clothes or shoes at this store because you have an important event and they just pick it up and sell it to someone else for fear of losing the sale? You can't trust it. The ticket would not be stopped there, on Saturday morning there would still be people behind even if I had not gone to get it.
I wasted my time, drove from Aracatuba to Birigui and was still treated rudely.
