★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira vez que fui nessa loja fui tão mal atendida que prometi pra mim mesma que não voltaria. Funcionária despreparada, não tirava minhas dúvidas, sem boa vontade... Ela falava que não tinha algo que eu pedia e depois eu encontrava o produto na prateleira... Experiência horrível.
Na segunda vez que fui, foi questão de já estar aí perto e resolver passar, mas já esperando um atendimento péssimo e me surpreendi! Uma atendente completamente doce e empenhada me atendeu! Tirou minhas dúvidas, se mostrou interessada no que eu falava, me apresentou os produtos e me falou até das composições! Um rapaz acho que é responsável da parte de cabelos também foi super atencioso comigo, me atendeu bem, super dispostos a me ajudar!
Por conta do último atendimento, eu com certeza voltarei na loja!
Fica meu elogio a equipe atual da Lanaro.
The first time I went to this store I was so poorly served that I promised myself I would not go back. Employee unprepared, did not take my doubts, without good will ... She said that there was something I asked for and then I found the product on the shelf ... Horrible experience.
The second time I went, it was a matter of already being there and resolved to pass, but already expecting a poor service and I was surprised! A completely sweet and committed attendant answered! She took my doubts, showed interest in what I was saying, introduced me to the products and told me even about the compositions! A lad I think is responsible for the hair part was also super attentive to me, answered me well, super willing to help me!
Because of the last service, I'm sure to be back in the store!
