Quanto aos serviços, não sei, não conheço, e estou MUITO apreensiva. Rapaz lá me garantiu um serviço de primeira. Vou ver em que vai dar. Espero sinceramente, embora com muita preocupação, não precisar ter nenhum problema. Meu carro é um excelente carro, novo e muito bem cuidado. É a primeira vez, em uma oficina fora da concessionaria. Confesso que estou bastante apreensiva mais se for preciso brigar, farei com toda veemência. Espero sinceramente não precisar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive muitos problemas com a oficina. Além dos quase 40 dias que o carro ficou parado, após a entrega tive que voltar inúmeras vezes para reparar o serviço mal-feito. A logomarca do fabricante, que foi mal colocada, caiu 2 dias após o carro sair da oficina e aplicação da nova, só ocorreu 4 meses depois, com muitas horas de espera por atendimento na empresa, centenas de ligações, muitas horas de trabalho perdidas por estar tentando resolver, e a resolução só ocorreu quando falei que ia para o PROCON. Não recomendo a Lancar pela enrolação que fizeram comigo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima!! Horrível!! Funcionários mentem, enrolam, combinaram a entrega para 4 dias, mas já se vão 8. Amanhã recebo depois de muita briga e reclamação junto a seguradora. Espero que a qualidade da pintura seja boa, senão não receberei o serviço. Mas aconselho a procurarem outra empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fujam desse lugar. Funcionários mentirosos, quebram as peças do seu carro e trocam por outras falsas, sem comunicar e, quando você pergunta, ainda dizem que descartaram, sem comunicar nada.
Trocaram a manopla do meu carro original, porque, segundo os funcionários, foi rasgada por um chave de fenda, quando o serviço era apenas nas portas do arro.
Além disso, o sujeito que se identificou por Rodrigo, dono do local, comprometeu-se a trocar a manopla por outra original, mas sumiu.
Ademais, rasgaram meu tapete, danificaram a película e console central do meu carro e, ainda, quebraram uma peça dentro da porta do carro e colaram, sem me avisar nada.
Registrei um boletim de ocorrência contra o estabelecimento.
