 I bought and they gave me the transfer doc expired with more than 30 days... the person answers the phone and neither good morning nor good afternoon speaks, very rude!

I bought a car in August/21 and so far in May/22 I have not received the document, the problem is always the dispatcher.

Compre carro em qualquer lugar, menos no Lance maior, não vale a pena, pela dor de cabeça que você vai ter
I do not advise at all, this company omits a lot of information, not to mention that the service is very bad
Buy a car anywhere but the highest bidder, it's not worth it, for the headache you'll have

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ acabei de ganhar um lote e consegui telefone do propietario do jet sky e falei para ele mandar uma foto do documento (so onde é escrito o nome dele ,sem chassi )o leiao nao quer mostrar o documento ao vivo na presenca deles por lei ,entao nao vou pagar o lote meu direito de ve pelo menos o doc ,nao endico esse leilao e se colocar meu nome no serasa vou colocar na justica .meu nome robson carvalho rg 29133149x
I just won a lot and got the jet sky owner's phone and told him to send a photo of the document (only where his name is written, without chassis) the leio does not want to show the document live in their presence by law, so I'm not going to pay the lot my right to see at least the doc, I don't end this auction and if I put my name on serasa I'll put it in court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço, não recomendo, devia ter olhado aqui antes de compra, retiraram , estepe, chave de rodas, e macaco, tudo antes de eu retirar o veiculo, o que tinha antes, depois demoraram mais de 4 messes pra me mandarem o documento, péssimo atendimento... escolham QUALQUER OUTRO LUGAR PARA COMPRAR.
Bad service, I don't recommend it, I should have looked here before buying, they removed the spare tire, wheel wrench, and jack, all before I removed the vehicle, which I had before, then it took more than 4 months to send me the document, terrible service... choose ANY OTHER PLACE TO BUY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ALERTA DE CUIDADO!!! Recebi uma carta do Serasa deste empresa, acredito que estão aplicando golpes, suspeito de fraude. Liguei na empresa e não tiveram a mínima vontade em ver o que estava acontecendo. Desconheço a empresa e eles tem meus todos os meus dados sem eu ter assinado qualquer tipo de documento ou sequer ter passado qualquer informação de documentação minha, estão me colocando no Serasa vou acionar um advogado e entrar com um processo caso não seja resolvido! Fiquem atentos.
CAUTION ALERT!!! I received a letter from Serasa from this company, I believe they are applying scams, I suspect fraud. I called the company and they didn't have the slightest desire to see what was going on. I don't know the company and they have all my data without me having signed any kind of document or even having passed any information on my documentation, they are putting me on Serasa I will call a lawyer and file a lawsuit if it is not resolved! Stay tuned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, eles fazem uma maquiagem no carro antes de vender. Comprei um veículo e não avisaram que era de enchente, eles lavaram o carro todo para omitir a origem dele, quando paguei e fui retirar que fiquei sabendo a origem, que ridículo. Passei mais de um ano para resolver a documentação dele, só tive problema e mais problema.
Bad service, they do a make-up on the car before selling. I bought a vehicle and they didn't warn it was from a flood, they washed the whole car to omit its origin, when I paid and went to pick it up I found out the origin, how ridiculous. I spent more than a year to solve his documentation, I just had problem and more problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse leilão só tem sáfados, você olha um carro de um jeito depois quando vai buscar o carro tá só o pó. Roubam as peças e trocam. Carro vem com peças quebradas sem estepe ,sem bateria .você paga uma coisa e traz outro.povo enrolado. Não comprem nesse leilão. Lá só tem ratos
This auction only has scoundrels, you look at a car one way and then when you go get the car it's just dust. They steal the parts and exchange them. Car comes with broken parts, no spare tire, no battery. You pay one thing and bring another. Do not buy from this auction. There are only mice there
