★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi uma pizza e metade veio de um sabor errado. O recepcionista ofereceu enviar uma brotinho do sabor correto, aceitei. Em ligação posterior ele me pediu para devolver a metade a pizza que veio errada. O dono da pizzaria foi grosseiro ao duvidar que o pedido havia sido entregue errado. Não precisavam ter oferecido a brotinho, apenas aceitado seu erro. Mas aparentemente o esquema dessa pizzaria não inclui o cliente ter razão. Péssimo. Nota zero pro atendimento grosseiro.
 I ordered a pizza and half came from a wrong taste. The receptionist offered to send a sprout of the correct flavor, I accepted. In later call he asked me to return half the pizza that came wrong. The pizzeria owner was rude in doubting that the order had been delivered wrong. They need not have offered the sprout, only accepted their mistake. But apparently the layout of this pizzeria does not include the customer being right. Terrible. Grade zero for rude service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior pizza que já comprei na vida, comi um pedaço e passei mal. O presunto veio com cheiro estranho, pouco recheio e quase não dava para perceber o queijo de tão pouco que veio. Dinheiro muito mal gasto! Dou 1 estrela mas a vontade é de dar 0 estrelas e chamar o serviço de vigilância sanitária!
Worst pizza I've ever bought, I ate a piece and got sick. The ham came with a strange smell, little filling and it was almost impossible to notice the cheese that came so little. Very badly spent money! I give 1 star but the desire is to give 0 stars and call the health surveillance service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo relacionamento com cliente. Fiz o pedido, demorou mais de uma hora, e quando chegou, a máquina de débito deles estava quebrada. O entregador solicitou ao gerente que deixasse a pizza, e que retornasse depois com outra máquina, mas o gerente não autorizou. Criou uma situação totalmente constrangedora entre o entregador e os clientes.
Poor customer relationship. I made the order, it took more than an hour, and when it arrived, their debit machine was broken. The deliveryman asked the manager to leave the pizza, and then return with another machine, but the manager did not authorize it. It created a totally embarrassing situation between the deliverer and the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor pizzaria da região. Até hoje nao consegui achar uma pizza tao gostosa delivery pela região do Bonfiglioli. Há mais de 10 anos minha familia pede nessa pizzaria, quase nunca decepciona.
Best pizzeria in the area. To this day I could not find such delicious pizza delivery through the region of Bonfiglioli. For more than 10 years my family has been asking for it at this pizzeria, it almost never disappoints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza era relativamente boa, entretanto a qualidade decaiu muito ao longo dos anos. Já recebi várias pizzas queimadas ou com a massa extremamente fina. O queijo catupiry deixa muito a desejar a qualidade também. E a pior parte é que não adianta recorrer a sugestões ou reclamações, a qualidade mantém-se inexoravelmente terrível.
The pizza was relatively good, however the quality has declined a lot over the years. I have already received several pizzas burnt or with extremely thin dough. The catupiry cheese leaves a lot to be desired quality too. And the worst part is that there is no point in resorting to suggestions or complaints, the quality remains inexorably terrible.
