I Googled it and said it was open and it would close soon at 00:00, it was 23:15 around when I called, but all the calls I made, none I got answered.

Além de não reconhecerem a demora, e não foi somente uma vez que aconteceu isso, o dono não tem a humildade de reconhecer o erro e pedir desculpa, a solução que o mesmo encontrou, foi retirar o nosso nome do cadastro pra não receber mais o nosso pedido. Eu fiquei impressionada com essa atitude. Não indico pra mais ninguém, éramos clientes de vocês desde que começaram, quando ainda eram pequenos e tinham 3 mesas no máximo para acomodar. Não frequentaremos mais o lugar, e o que eu puder fazer para mostrar para as pessoas tamanho descaso, vou fazer.
Poor service when it comes to delivery. In addition to not recognizing the delay, and it was not only once that this happened, the owner does not have the humility to recognize the error and apologize, the solution he found was to remove our name from the register to no longer receive the our order. I was impressed by this attitude. I don't recommend it to anyone else, we've been your customers since you started, when you were still small and had a maximum of 3 tables to accommodate. We won't be visiting the place anymore, and what I can do to show people how careless I am, I'll do it.
