★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha primeira avaliação foi há mais de um ano, de lá pra cá fiz mais de 20 visitas ao Guinão, então resolvi alterar a avaliação. O lanche era e continua sendo um dos melhores de Botucatu, principalmente os com hamburguer artesanal. De lá pra cá o atendimento melhorou e está ótimo, antes havia um problema com o tempo de espera em dias/horários de pico que foi resolvido, então só tenho elogios. A minha crítica principal e que me fez deixar de ir ao Guinão o quanto eu gostaria são os aumentos de preço. Em um ano houveram 3 aumentos de preço, e nesse último alguns lanches sofreram reajuste de mais de 40%. Eu entendo que algum reajuste para cima nesse período era justo, mas esse foi exagerado. Assim infelizmente o lanche deixa de ser o melhor custo-benefício de Botucatu pra mim e acredito que pra diversas outras pessoas.
My first evaluation was over a year ago, since then I've made more than 20 visits to Guinea, so I decided to change the evaluation. The snack was and remains one of the best in Botucatu, especially those with artisanal burger. Since then the service has improved and is great, before there was a problem with the waiting time on peak days / hours that was resolved, so I only have compliments. My main criticism and that made me stop going to Guinea as much as I would like are the price increases. In one year there were 3 price increases, and in the latter some snacks were readjusted by more than 40%. I understand that some upward adjustment in this period was fair, but that was exaggerated. So unfortunately the snack is no longer the best cost-benefit of Botucatu for me and I believe for many other people.
