★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente, antigamente a 1 a 2 anos atrás tinha um serviço excelente,agora ? Atendimento horrível ,demora muito pra responder, deixa até no vácuo ,não tão nem aí . Não volto a comprar mais ,tem opções melhores que fica na madrugada,no ifood mesmo tem !
 Honestly, 1 to 2 years ago there was excellent service, now? Horrible service, takes a long time to respond, even leaves it in a vacuum, not so much. I won't buy again, there are better options that stay at dawn, even ifood!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os sanduíches são do tipo clássico e são bons. A maionese temperada é boa. Não entendo bem a presença da ervilha, não consigo achar que harmoniza com os demais ingredientes. A carne de hambúrguer estava muito fibrosa e, para meu azar, pedi uma opção com carne dupla. Apesar de não gostar muito de carne, lido bem com a de hambúrguer e com embutidos, pois costumam ceder à mastigação, mais facilmente, mas não foi esse o caso.
Enfim, acredito que o ponto forte do Altas Horas é ficar aberto até a madrugada e servir a quem precisa comer, quando já não há opções. No horário comercial normal, há melhores alternativas.
The sandwiches are the classic type and they are good. Seasoned mayonnaise is good. I don't quite understand the presence of the pea, I can't find it harmonises with the other ingredients. The hamburger meat was very stringy and to my misfortune I ordered a double meat option. Although I don't like meat very much, I deal well with hamburgers and sausages, as they tend to give in to chewing more easily, but that was not the case.
Anyway, I believe that the strong point of Altas Horas is that it stays open until dawn and serves those who need to eat, when there are no options left. During normal business hours, there are better alternatives.
