The only reason I don't give it 6 stars is because I can't. Family atmosphere, excellent service. I feel good there, that's why I've been a customer for years. Super polite and attentive. Fair prices and high quality food.

Terrible service I asked for an açaí for the trip, I was on a motorcycle, they delivered me without a lid and without a bag, and the banana and powdered choice all fell on the counter when one attendant went to deliver it to another, I paid 12 reais but it wasn't even worth 5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu desisto de tentar ser cliente da casa Verde,o atendimento via Whatsapp e péssimo,péssimo,não recomendo,manda msg pra pedir lanche e só visualizam não respondem,e pedido não chega,pelo fato da pessoa nao te dar atenção muito desconfortável essa situação, atenção com o cliente e zero.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, lanche demorou 2 horas pra chegar, e não deram satisfação nenhuma, eles não atende o telefone quando você liga, e nem responde as mensagens e o motoboy ainda informou que eles estavam esperando receber mais pedidos na área que eu moro, mais assim se viram que deu 40 minutos e não chegou mais nenhum outro pedido é obrigação deles mandar o pedido. Eu não compro mais decepção
Horrible service, snack took 2 hours to arrive, and they didn't give any satisfaction, they don't answer the phone when you call, and they don't even answer messages and the motoboy even informed that they were waiting to receive more orders in the area where I live, more so if they saw that it took 40 minutes and no other order arrived, it is their obligation to send the order.
