★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a bit messy, pretty loud environment to be. Lots of tables and accoustics doesn't help. Food was good but I think there are better places to go for the same price. Even other stores which are quieter.

Assortment, the sauces used and the potato chips (their original version of fries) is somethign out of this world.
And of course, their Milk Shake is also superb in every sense.
No wonder it get's really busy.
Decoration is also a great thing, as it brings that old times back from the 60s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best burguer in São Paulo but good offering of sandwiches and fries after all. Nice ambience and good service in general. I was just a bit disappointed to be charged 13% for the service though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hadn't been at LC in a while, seems like they changed their menu. Definitely was for the better! Had the Paris and the Black burgers which were both incredible. The gorgonzola sauce on the Black was a bit stronger than I expected, think twice if you're not into this type of cheese. A pleasant surprise was the promo: buying a burger and a Pepsi gets you a reusable aluminum straw. Great initiative from LC, Pepsi and BeeGreen!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As one of the oldest burger joints in São Paulo, but updated, Lanchonete da Cidade kept its essence. They serve quality food and have a lot of options for all kinds of burger lovers – I particularly like "Cooper", a burger with Worcestershire sauce, Joseph Heller cheddar and dijon mustard; it's strong in taste and so delicious.
The place is casual, and it's big so it's not hard to find a table available. The service is really good, and usually fast. The food is high quality and very well presented. Prices are what you'd expect from a burger place in that area, it's good value.
