★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A plataforma de fazer pedidos online é muito prática e os lanches são muito bons. Porém, quando opito por comer no local, dá a impressão de que eles atendem todos os outros pedidos antes do meu, mesmo a lanchonete estando vazia é uma demora absurda e eles não dão satisfação nenhuma. Meu pai ia sempre comer no estabelecimento e todas as vezes ele precisou reclamar da demora e pedir satisfação. Além de que o atendimento presencial é feito com uma má vontade, parece que nem querem falar com você.
 The online ordering platform is very practical and the snacks are very good. However, when I choose to eat at the place, it gives the impression that they fulfill all other orders before mine, even though the cafeteria is empty it is an absurd delay and they do not give any satisfaction. My father always went to eat at the establishment and every time he had to complain about the delay and ask for satisfaction. Besides that the face-to-face service is done with a bad will, it seems that they don't even want to talk to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento é péssimo. Minha esposa ficou duas horas esperando o lanche e qdo o boy chegou a maquininha não dava área. Paguei no dinheiro a mais pq ele não tinha troco coitado. Apesar do lanche ser bom, NÃO RECOMENDO.
Service is terrible. My wife spent two hours waiting for a snack and when the boy arrived the machine did not give an area. I paid in cash because he had no change poor. Although the snack is good, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca fazer pedidos com pagamento antecipado nesse lugar, se não for pagamento na entrega eles atrasam mais de hora e meia do combinado e ficam falando que "é só ter paciência".
Never place orders with advance payment at this place, if it is not payment on delivery, they delay more than an hour and a half of the agreement and keep saying that "just be patient".

Every time I order, it takes a long time to arrive, it already took 4 hours. A total disregard, not to mention that it comes cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, pedi três lanches veio só um, e ainda disse q foi falta de comunicação minha... O único lanche que veio foi o de maior valor, e ainda veio todo bagunçado na forma do preparo, fora q esperei uma hora e meia para chegar o pedido para no final ser mal atendida. Indiquei várias pessoas nesse lugar, adorava os lanches, partir de hoje perdeu uma cliente e podem ter ctz q se me perguntarem irei dizer q não recomendo.
Terrible service, I ordered three snacks, only one came, and still said it was my lack of communication... The only snack that came was the highest value, and it still came all messed up in the way it was prepared, besides I waited an hour and a half to arrive the request only to be poorly attended in the end. I referred several people to this place, I loved the snacks, as of today I lost a customer and they may have ctzs that if they ask me I will say that I don't recommend it.
