Lanche especial, saboroso, bom atendimento com simpatia trazida pelo próprio dono e quando este não está os atendimentos permanecem simpáticos e de qualidade, liderados pelo prezado Marquinhos. Parabéns a equipe do Betinho Lanches.
What about one of Muriaé's most relaxed cafes ?! If you ask me I'll tell you soon to go to Betinho Lanches, in the worker's quarters, near the court. Special snack, tasty, good service with sympathy brought by the owner and when this is not the services remain friendly and quality, led by the beloved Marquinhos. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lanche realmente é gostoso, porém pelo q constatei existe uma certa classificação dos clientes, fiquei mais de uma hora aguardando um lanche e varios outros clientes que fizeram o pedido depois do meu foram atendidos primeiro. Por fim ja desistindo do pedido a atendente percebeu minha indignação e pediu para q o meu pedido fosse atendido. Resumindo, hj com a minha experiência negativa eu não indicaria. Mas melhorando o atendimento podem ser um dos melhores lugares pra lanchar, pois o lanche é muito gostoso.
Snack really is tasty, but as far as I can see there is a certain classification of the customers, I stayed more than an hour waiting for a snack and several other customers who made the order after mine were taken care of first. Finally giving up the request the attendant noticed my indignation and asked that my request be answered. In short, hj with my negative experience I would not indicate. But improving the service can be one of the best places to snack, because the snack is very tasty.
