Quando comprei um frango assado, veio queimado, as asas estavam queimadas e a coxa, impossíveis de consumir. A carne por cima no sobrecoxa parecia osso de tão duro, já que assou demais. Reclamei e a dona me disse que tem gente que gosta assim... Ontem comprei um X-bacon, não tinha alface, nem tomate nem batata palha. Pior que nem avisaram que estava sem os ingredientes. Depois do frango demorei a voltar, voltei pois estava sem opção de lanchonete por aqui. Mas não volto mais. Espero que melhorem a rapidez do atendimento e a qualidade dos alimentos.
The staff are even friendly, but I only have bad experience. When I asked for hot broth, it came out warm. When I bought a roasted chicken, it came burnt, the wings were burnt and the thigh, impossible to consume. The meat on top of the drumstick looked like bone that was so hard since it baked too much. I complained and the owner told me that there are people who like it ... Yesterday I bought an X-bacon, I had no lettuce, neither tomato nor potato chips. Worse, they didn’t even say he was out of ingredients. After the chicken I was slow to come back, I came back because I had no option of a snack here. But I won't be back. I hope they improve the speed of service and the quality of food.
