Se tivesse como zerar a pontuação, eu faria com certeza, simplesmente porque os local não tem controle de ordem cronológica, sequer uma definição de atendimento ou entrega dos lanches, o que é o mínimo um desrespeito pra não dizer outra coisa. O critério fica à cargo dos poucos garçons, muito desorganizados por sinal, que escolhem quem receberá o lanche primeiro. Um completo despreparo!!!!
Passei quase 1hr no local, fui atendido mas não comi, e nem estava cheio. Várias pessoas chegaram muito depois de mim foram atendidas. Só me restou levantar e ir embora.
É um estabelecimento que nunca mais me vê, NÃO recomendo!

If I could reset the score, I would definitely do it, simply because the places don't have chronological control, not even a definition of service or delivery of snacks, which is at least a disrespect to say the least. The criterion is up to the few waiters, very disorganized by the way, who choose who will receive the snack first. A complete lack of preparation!!!!
I spent almost 1 hour at the place, I was attended but I didn't eat, and it wasn't even full. Several people arrived long after I had been seen. All I had to do was get up and go.
It's an establishment that you never see me again, I DO NOT recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tivemos uma experiência horrível, chegamos ao local nossa mesa estava suja pedimos a um garçom pra limpar o mesmo nao limpou e ainda nós tratou suber mal e arrogante.. com a experiência que tivesse não recomendo pra ninguém e olha que mem tinha movimento. Rapaz foi super mal educado, saíamos bem chateado e desanimado
We had a horrible experience, we arrived at the place, our table was dirty, we asked a waiter to clean it, he didn't clean it and still we treated it badly and arrogant. Boy was super rude, we left very upset and discouraged

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os lanches são incrivelmente gostosos a maionese caseira e a geleia de pimenta é muito diferenciada os lanches são nota 10, a única coisa que tira a nota de lá é apenas a organização e limpeza, sei o quanto o pessoal que trabalha lá é empenhado nessa parte, mas as vezes é muito lixo trazidos até mesmo pelo vento etc... Se trabalhassem nessa parte e tbm na dedetização. O lugar sem dúvidas chegará fácil fácil nas 5 estrelas (o lanche de lá está no meu top 3 sem dúvidas)
The snacks are incredibly delicious, the homemade mayonnaise and the pepper jelly is very different, the snacks are a 10, the only thing that takes the note out of there is just the organization and cleanliness, I know how committed the people who work there are in this part , but sometimes it's a lot of garbage brought even by the wind etc... If they worked on this part and also on pest control. The place will no doubt be easy to get to the 5 stars (the snack there is in my top 3 without a doubt)
