★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo fui tratada muito mal ao pagar a conta a bandeira do meu cartão não passava ,sendo que perguntei se aceita crédito... era pra atendente pedir e ver a bandeira porq dai não faria o consumo ...final da história ela segurou meu cartão , que dizer o único que tenho na verdade ,fiquei sem cartão porq minha única forma de pagamento era meu cartão não tinha dinheiro passei maior vergonha ,ainda falei pra moça que trabalhava perto msm assim ela não quis devolver meu cartão ...ficou pendente 7,30 meu cartão e soro crede e não tem senha. ?♀️

Pedi um X Churrasco e um suco de melancia, que veio extremamente aguado ao reclamar, me falaram que o suco de melancia era assim, como se eu nunca tivesse tomado um suco. Me recusei a tomar e a pagar um suco aguado 7 reais! Daí a moça ainda veio me dar uma "bronca" por ter achado o suco ruim e que eu deveria escolher melhor o suco da próxima vez.
É um absurdo esse tipo de tratamento com O cliente!
Não vá a esse lugar, é um desrespeito com o cliente sem tamanho!
Lousy service and lousy service. I ordered an X Barbecue and a watermelon juice, which came out extremely watery when I complained, told me that watermelon juice was like that, as if I had never had a juice. A comida agradou porém o atendimento ficou muito a desejar.
Pedi um bife parmegiana, o rapaz me trouxe porém perguntei referente a salada ele informou que neste estabelecimento os pratos não vem com salada, perguntei o valor da salada a parte ele respondeu$5.00 eu questionei o porque este restaurante cobra a salada a parte sendo que já almocei em uns 40 da região e em todos a salada é acompanhamento.
E em um tom arrogante talvez por eu estar com uniforme de serviço ele respondeu
" Tá não precisa reclamar não eu te dou a salada".
Como se fosse uma esmola ou um favor.
Só não sai e paguei a refeição por estar acompanhado e o amigo já estava almoçando

The food pleased however the service was much to be desired.
I asked for a Parmigiana steak, the guy brought me but I asked about the salad he informed that in this establishment the dishes do not come with salad, I asked for the value of the salad apart he answered $ 5.00 I questioned why this restaurant charges the salad apart being that already I had lunch in some 40 of the region and in all of them the salad is a side dish.
And in an arrogant tone maybe because I was in a service uniform he replied
"Okay, no need to complain, I won't give you the salad".
As if it were a handout or a favor.
I just didn't go out and paid for the meal because I was accompanied and the friend was already having lunch
