★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lanche muito bom, só não dou 5 estrelas pq caiu uma lagarta no meu braço. Mas os lanches são incríveis!!! E tem um ótimo lugar para crianças.
 Very good snack, I just don't give 5 stars because a caterpillar fell on my arm. But the snacks are incredible !!! And it has a great place for children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento PÉSSIMO por parte das meninas que ficam na parte da frente! Deixaram eu e meu marido por um tempão esperando em pé, pedimos uma mesa por várias vezes, e simplesmente ignoraram! Atendimento precário!!!!
TERRIBLE service from the girls at the front! They left me and my husband waiting for a long time, we asked for a table several times, and they just ignored it! Poor service!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido por telefone as 21:00 e são 22:20 e ainda não entregaram o lanche, não atendem telefone e watsap, somente responderam watsap depois de 30 minutos, alegando problema no wifi e que acabou os dogs e não entregaram ou ligaram para substituir o sanduiche por outro!!
I placed the order by phone at 9:00 pm and it's 10:20 pm and they still haven't delivered the snack, they don't answer the phone and watsap, they only answered watsap after 30 minutes, alleging a problem with the wifi and that the dogs were over and they didn't deliver or call replace the sandwich with another one!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lanches e porções gostosos, ambiente arejado, garçons solícitos. Porém a organização da cozinha deixa muito a desejar. Pedimos lanches, sucos e uma porção de fritas. Salientamos que a porção de fritas viesse antes dos lanches. Os lanches chegaram rapidamente, os sucos chegaram quando estávamos terminando os lanches... E as fritas?!? A fritas chegou por último, quando todos os lanches já eram história.
Precisam rever isso. Vejam outras opiniões abaixo, descrevem situações muito similares.
Delicious snacks and portions, airy atmosphere, helpful waiters. However, the organization of the kitchen leaves a lot to be desired. We ordered snacks, juices and a portion of fries. We emphasize that the portion of fries came before snacks. The snacks arrived quickly, the juices arrived as we were finishing up the snacks... And the fries?!? The fries arrived last, when all the snacks were history.

Permaneci no local por 1 hora e 10 minutos, fiz um pedido nos 10 primeiro minutos, até o momento da saída não ficou pronto meu lanche, as bebidas não foram servidas, a única água consumida tivemos que buscar no balcão.
Para minha frustração ficar ainda maior, durante minha permanência na lanchonete, por três vezes observei entregadores entrando e saindo com lanches para entregar.
Minha falha foi pedir ao garçom, antes tivesse ligado e pedido pra entregar na mesa.
Me senti desrespeitado e menos importante que um cliente virtual.
Caso parece um exagero, ligue em uma lanchonete a 100km, faça seu pedido e dirigindo durante uma hora seu lanche estará pronto.
Estive a 7 metros de uma cozinha e não recebi meu pedido em 1 HORA.
Absurdo.

I stayed at the place for 1 hour and 10 minutes, I placed an order in the first 10 minutes, until the moment I left, my snack was not ready, the drinks were not served, the only water consumed we had to get it at the counter.
To make my frustration even greater, during my stay at the cafeteria, three times I observed delivery men going in and out with snacks to deliver.
My fault was asking the waiter, before I had called and asked to deliver to the table.
I felt disrespected and less important than a virtual customer.
If it seems like an exaggeration, call a cafeteria 100km away, place your order and drive for an hour your snack will be ready.
I've been 7 meters from a kitchen and haven't received my order within 1 HOUR.
Absurd.
