O prazo de entrega não é cumprindo, o pedido demorou aproximadamente 2h e só foi entregue porque entrei em contato pelo WhatsApp, quando a empresa se recordou e começou a fazer o lanche as presas .
O lanche além de ter sido esquecido, chegar super após o prazo(só após a reclamação) chegou sem cumprir o que a propaganda fala, faltando ingredientes.
Por fim o atendimento e suporte da empresa é horrível, fiz o pedido pelo aplicativo e não possui nenhum contato.
Fiz a procura de telefone no Google e entrei em contato, porém ninguém atende, então fui para as redes sociais, onde também fui ignorada e após muito insistir me atenderam pelo whatsapp.
Realmente uma péssima experiência e lanche com qualidade inferior do que ofertava.

The delivery period is not being met, the order took approximately 2 hours and was only delivered because I contacted WhatsApp, when the company remembered and started to make the prey's lunch.
The snack, in addition to having been forgotten, arrived super late (only after the complaint) arrived without complying with what the advertisement says, lacking ingredients.
Finally, the company's service and support is horrible, I ordered through the application and has no contact.
I did a phone search on Google and got in touch, but no one answers, so I went to social networks, where I was also ignored and after a lot of insisting they answered me through whatsapp.
A really bad experience and a snack with lower quality than what was offered.
