★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra hoje pelo IFOOD com esse estabelecimento de um achocolatado e uma sfiha veio todo derramado entrei em contato com estabelecimento pra saber como resolver atendente super despreparada e mal educada falou que a culpa era do entregador falei mas se tivesse colocado um plástico entre a tampa não teria ocorrido isso e ela falou tá bom tá marcado aqui e desligou o telefone porém produto mal embalado lógico que vai derramar.
Péssimo comprava todo dia não peço mais aí não.
Se fosse aqui perto iria pessoalmente resolver isso. Só pelo constrangimento todas as compras já feita no Ifood que não tinha dado estrela vai receber 1

 I made a purchase today through IFOOD with this establishment of a chocolate drink and a sfiha came all spilled I contacted the establishment to find out how to solve the super unprepared and rude attendant said it was the deliveryman's fault I said but if I had put a plastic between the lid that wouldn’t have happened and she said ok, it’s marked here and hung up the phone, but of course a badly packaged product that is going to spill.
I bought it every day, I don't ask anymore.
If it were near here, I would personally resolve this. Only by embarrassment all purchases already made at Ifood that had not given star will receive 1

Best bread on the plate with dripping. I love the nutella bread too. Wonderful service and cozy atmosphere.

I ordered a snack and a fruit salad. They sent me without a spoon, I complained, they brought the spoon in minutes. But when it arrived, the spoon was dirty, it had clearly been used, it was stinky. 0 attention and commitment to the customer. They didn't give me any satisfaction.

The service was very helpful. Small and cozy place. I just stopped by for a snack, I tasted the jerked beef sfiha and it's delicious. Very good natural mango juice!
