★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo lugar pra comer uma porção e tomar algo. Atendimento excelente, fui com meu namorado numa quarta-feira a noite e fui bem atendida. O garçom Vitor disse que fica até o último cliente ir embora (isso já era quase uma hora da manhã).
Qualidade nos produtos, preço normal para o que oferecem e se não tiver nenhum cliente até às 22h eles fecham.
Great place to grab a bite and have a drink. Excellent service, I went with my boyfriend on a Wednesday night and I was well attended. The waiter Vitor said he stays until the last customer leaves (it was almost one o'clock in the morning).
Quality of products, normal price for what they offer and if you don't have any customers until 10pm they close.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto bastante do Tradição. Almoço sempre aí. Comemorei meu aniversário aí. Convidei umas 50 pessoas. E no final, tive que pagar o restante da conta. Fiquei decepcionada. Não há um controle de comanda, simplesmente abrem uma comanda na mesa. A sorte que os demais convidados eu pedi pra abrir comanda separada. É tudo anotado em papel. O pessoal bebeu e comeu muito. Pagou quem quis e quanto quis. Essa é a terceira vez que acontece isso com a gente. Da outra vez foram 1000 reais de sobra. Enfim, devem otimizar dando comanda individualmente e informatizada. Senão podem, dêem comanda individual. Foi constrangedor. Se eu não tivesse com cartão de credito, eu iria deixar de pagar?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pela 3ª vez nesse espaço e o atendimento péssimo, atendentes sem disposição de melhor atender os clientes. A 1ª a música alta foi solicitado por uma cliente a gentileza de abaixar o volume e simplesmente recebeu um NÃO VAI ABAIXAR O SOM, depois uma salada demorou mais de 1 hora a ser servida. Na segunda vez com um casal de amigos pedimos uma porção de fritas e frango a passarinho, resposta não tem frango e a batata nunca veio, o argentino q nos acompanhava pediu a carta de vinho, resposta: não temos e na última vez, 20.12 a atendente não foi capaz de indicar o que tinha de porções, isso pq pensamos em pedir uma das 3 porções: frango a passarinho (estava em falta pela não entrega do produto, porção de pastel (ia ver se tinha massa) e espetinhos ( foi informar o que tinha) sem resposta para o que tinha a ser servido para os pedidos que queríamos fazer, passavam de um lado para o outro e nada de resposta ou nos perguntar se tínhamos feito algum pedido ou outra coisa qquer
??? Finalizamos nossa cerveja e ao pagar indaguei se o dono estava, resposta lacônica: está viajando. Quem é o gerente: procurou e não achou, pq tinha saído tomando uma água de côco, voltando chegou ao caixa e informei sobre o péssimo atendimento e que quando o dono voltasse talvez o espaço estaria fechado pem razão do péssimo atendimento. Informei sobre a demora, a falta de informação sobre o que tinha para ser servido e o mesmo me respondeu: Tá bom???? Deboche e Como bom estivesse para Ele né!? Enfim casa em que gato não cuida os ratos tomam conta ... Triste saber que um espaço como esse esteja relegado ao abandono, com funcionários mal treinados e pouco se importando com a clientela. Não levarei mais nenhum convidado/

For the 3rd time in this space and the service was terrible, attendants unwilling to better serve customers. The 1st loud music was asked by a customer to turn down the volume and simply received a DO NOT TURN THE SOUND, then a salad took more than 1 hour to be served. The second time with a couple of friends we ordered a portion of fries and chicken with a bird, the answer was no chicken and the potato never came, the Argentine who accompanied us asked for the wine list, answer: we don't have it and the last time, 20.12 to attendant was unable to indicate what was in the portions, that's why we thought of ordering one of the 3 portions: bird chicken (it was missing due to the non-delivery of the product, portion of pastry (I was going to see if there was pasta) and skewers (she went to inform what had) no answer to what had to be served for the requests we wanted to make, they passed from one side to the other and no answer or asking us if we had made any requests or anything else
??? We finished our beer and when I paid, I asked if the owner was, a laconic reply: he's traveling. Who is the manager: he looked and couldn't find it, because he had gone out drinking coconut water, he came back to the cashier and informed him about the poor service and that when the owner returned, perhaps the space would be closed due to the poor service. I informed about the delay, the lack of information about what had to be served and he replied: Okay???? Debauchery and How good it was for Him right!? In short, a house where the cat doesn't take care of the rats... It's sad to know that a place like this is relegated to neglect, with poorly trained employees and little caring about the clientele.
