Em épocas normais, cobra acesso de internet mesmo se você enviar o documento por Whatsapp para imprimir. São práticas questionáveis de longa data que até os funcionários ficam constrangidos.
It is taking advantage of the fact that the competition is closed to open clandestinely in the pandemic by charging values 130% higher in printing service. In normal times, charges for internet access even if you send the document by Whatsapp to print. These are long-standing questionable practices that even employees are embarrassed about.
